Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The IT Executive, will be responsible for leading the IT department, managing IT projects, and implementing robust technological solutions to support our business objectives.
  • He/She will collaborate with other departments to ensure our technology infrastructure meets the needs of the organization and remains at the cutting edge.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and systems to support company goals.
  • Oversee the IT infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and scalable.
  • Analyze business requirements by working closely with key stakeholders and advise on IT solutions.

  • Advising patients on frame weights, materials, styles and colors
  • Recommending lenses, coatings and frames to suit customers’ needs
  • Measuring customers to determine suitable types and styles of frames
  • Adjusting frames so they fit properly
  • Preparing orders for glasses and contact lenses by checking prescriptions, lens thickness and other specifications
  • Making sure that orders for glasses and contact lenses have been processed accurately

Requirements

  • Minimum of National Diploma in Dispensing Opticianry.
  • Minimum of 2years’ experience in a similar role.

  • To act as relationship officer with HMOs/NHIS
  • To obtain all necessary HMO codes as at when due
  • Ensure completion of all documentation for HMOs and the timely submission of bills
  • Explain benefits, eligibility status, enrollment processing procedures and status of authorizations and referrals to enrollees and Providers.
  • Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
