Job Title: Head Nurse / Matron

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Doubled qualified Registered Nurse ( Registered Midwife and Registered Nurse)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in management role, specifically as aHead Nurse or Matron
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communicatio and interpersonal abilities.

Salary
N150,000 – N175,000 / month.

Job Title: Client Service Executive (Health)

Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and follow up with patient regarding their next schedule appointment
  • Retrieve patients file Number, get patients details and commence registration accordingly.
  • Prompt response to official mail, calling of dormant clients and patients.
  • Give detailed explanation of services, listen to patients concerns and handling complaints and information and escalate to necessary department for adequate correction and follow-up
  • Management of receivables from clients via Cash, Cheque, Direct Payment and Inter-switch.
  • Ensuring all receivables are remitted to the account department
  • Ensure effective coordination of OPD activities
  • Liaise with HMO’s and other retainership for patient eligibility and approval
  • Attend patients enquiries, complain, question and proffer/render appropriate support and provide
  • Coordinate with HMOs and other retainers to verify patient eligibility. Check patients ID to confirm active HMO coverage. Obtain authorization code before commencing secondary treatments or admission solutions.
  • Ensure daily sales are reconciled with the EMR for proper accounting system
  • Account reconciliation on payment received and expenses incurred in the daily running.
  • Updating Client Information and other database as required
  • Relationship management of all prospect client and patients
  • Ensure regular update of Admission bill and payment settlement before discharge

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced organization.
  • NYSC Discharge Certificate/Exemption

Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 / Month

Job Title: Medical Officer (Post-NYSC)

Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Medical Officer who has recently completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in delivering quality medical care to patients, support senior medical staff, and contribute to the efficient functioning of the hospital.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries.
  • To provide initial patient care, perform a comprehensive evaluation including client or patient medical history
  • Document all patients evaluation which include complaint, history, examination laboratory investigations, treatment plan, follow up, medications and transaction according to company policies and procedure
  • Provide health education and support to patients and their relatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality with patients
  • Liaise with other medical staff and clinical team in ensuring patient,clients get the best quality care
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patients’ encounters and complaints.
  • Ensure patients safety and medicolegal concerns.
  • Liaising with the Clinical Coordinator or other medical officers as the case may be to resolve medical concerns
  • Identify and assess patients and clients need to achieve satisfaction .
  • Stabilize patients in crisis by carrying out all necessary procedures that are required, These may include but not limited to Catheterization of the Urinary bladder, placement of NG tube, circumcision, and other procedures as the case may be.
  • Coordinate the nurses, other clinical and support staff to prepare patients for surgery, assist in surgeries and follow up on patients post op, making sure all instructions are followed.

Requirement and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine.
  • Minimum of 1 Year Post NYSC.
  • Full Registration with the Medical and dental Council of Nigeria as a Medical Practitioner
  • Valid Annual Practicing License
  • Nysc Discharge Certificate / Exemption.
  • He/She must be ready to resume immediately

Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction and Support:

  • Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and empathy.

  • Guide patients through admission, discharge, and other hospital processes.
