Job Title: Sales and Admin Officer
Location: Nigeria

Job Summary
- The Sales & Administrative Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day sales activities, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and providing reliable customer and office support.
- The role combines frontline sales engagement with essential administrative duties to enhance efficiency and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Promote company products/services and actively engage prospects to generate sales leads.
- Attend to customer inquiries across phone, email, walk-ins, and social media.
- Maintain updated records of sales activities, customer feedback, and follow-up outcomes.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare basic sales reports, customer updates, and performance summaries.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively guide customers and close sales.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
Administrative & Office Support:
- Handle general office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Manage office schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics.Maintain organized digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
- Support facility management, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and smooth daily operations.
Operational & Reporting Duties:
- Provide daily and weekly reports on sales activities and administrative tasks.
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments where necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation of transactions, inquiries, and customer interactions.
- Identify operational improvement areas and recommend practical solutions.
Requirements
- OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years experience in sales, administration, customer service, or related roles (an advantage).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.

Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Nigeria

Description
- The Finance Manager will oversee the day-to-day finance operations, maintain accurate financial records, analyse financial performance, evaluate capital allocation decisions, and support strategic planning.
- This individual will ensure the company’s financial health, compliance, and optimisation of resources while providing clear insights to leadership.
- This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Accounting:
- Maintain and manage accurate and up-to-date company financial records.
- Oversee bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and monthly/quarterly/year-end closing.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.
- Implement internal controls and improve financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Develop variance analysis reports and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Produce management reports for executive reviews and board-level discussions.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Track budget performance and provide insights on cost control and optimisation.
- Build financial models to support planning and resource allocation.
Capital Allocation & Investment Analysis:
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and ROI, NPV, and payback analysis.
- Monitor existing investments and capital projects for performance and value creation.
- Provide recommendations on cost-saving opportunities and financial efficiency.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
- Manage cash flow planning and ensure funds availability for operational needs.
- Oversee payables, receivables, and banking relationships.
- Implement treasury controls and optimise working capital cycles.
Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulatory requirements, and financial standards.
- Oversee tax filings, payments, and liaise with tax consultants as needed.
- Assist with internal and external audits; prepare required documentation.
Strategic Support:
- Provide financial insights to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
- Conduct industry and competitor financial benchmarking.
- Partner with leadership on funding strategies, partnerships, and new business assessments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA Level II+) strongly preferred.
- 6-8+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally in oil & gas services, consulting, or professional services.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS), corporate finance, and financial modelling.
- Proven experience preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; familiarity with accounting software.
