Role Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Wealth Advisors to join our team for growth and productivity.
  • This is a full-time role for a Wealth Advisor, based on-site in Lagos, Nigeria.
  • The Wealth Advisor will be responsible for providing financial advisory and investment planning services to clients.
  • They will manage investments and offer comprehensive wealth management services.
  • Daily tasks will include identifying potential talents, meeting with clients, assessing their financial needs, developing personalized financial plans, and monitoring and adjusting these plans as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in wealth advisory or similar roles
  • Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills
  • Expertise in Investments and Finance
  • Proficiency in Wealth Management Services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Nigeria

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Role Summary

  • Align technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision: Set product direction, understand market gaps, and align with business goals. Lead requirements gathering and technical documentation.
  • Own the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
  • Technical Expertise: Coordinate integrations with switches, processors, KYC and credit systems.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the liaison between engineering, design, marketing, sales, legal, and compliance.
  • Execution & Launch: Drive product development, manage releases, and ensure successful product launches – UAT, QA, API testing, and release management.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities.
  • Risk & Compliance: Navigate fast-evolving financial regulations and security needs – (CBN, NDPR, PCI-DSS, AML/CFT) ensuring product integrity.

Competencies:

Job Title: Team Lead, Digital Operations

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a responsible and experienced Digital Operations officer (Team Lead) who will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of digital banking channels, including POS, merchant acquiring, agency banking, mobile banking, cards, transfers, and digital lending operations.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, service reliability, settlement accuracy, regulatory compliance, and customer experience excellence while supporting business growth.
  • A disciplined and hands-on operations professional with strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of digital banking and fintech operations, capable of scaling operations while maintaining control, compliance, and service quality, is needed.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Channel Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations of digital channels: POS, Merchant/agency banking, mobile app, cards, transfers, and USSD.
  • Monitor transaction flows, settlement timelines, and operational exceptions.

Team Leadership & Supervision:

  • Lead, supervise, and coach digital operations staff.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Build a high-performance, customer-focused operations team.

Process Improvement & Automation:

  • Review and improve operational workflows to reduce manual intervention.
  • Support automation of reports, reconciliations, and exception handling.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly digital operations reports.
  • Track KPIs such as transaction success rates, settlement TAT, complaints, and backlog.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with switching companies, fintech partners, vendors, and internal IT teams.
  • Support new product launches and system enhancements.

Requirements/  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3 – 4 years’ experience in digital operations, payments, or fintech operations
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role is an added advantage
  • Proven people-management and team-leadership ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary
N500,000 – N750,000 monthly.
