Job Title: Group Human Resources Manager (Female)
Location: Nigeria

Role Overview
- The Group Human Resources Manager will lead and manage HR services, policies, and programs across all companies within the Group.
- The role focuses on driving employee development, engagement, compliance, and compensation and benefits strategies while ensuring organizational effectiveness aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Group-wide HR policies and standards
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits strategies
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and succession planning
- Drive performance management, appraisals, promotions, and recognition programs
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian and international labor laws and regulations
- Provide HR leadership, guidance, and coaching to senior and line managers
- Strengthen employee engagement through effective internal communication and team-building
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and HR institutions
- Oversee HR budgeting, forecasting, and key compensation performance indicators
- Lead HR data protection, privacy, and compliance initiatives
- Support crisis management and organizational change initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Minimum of 10 years post-NYSC experience, with at least 8 years in HR management
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian and international labor laws
- Proven experience in policy development and organizational development
- Oil & Gas upstream experience is an added advantage.

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Support Center Manager to lead and manage its Service Support Center operations. - Monitor service performance metrics, client satisfaction, and prepare detailed reports
- Upsell products and services to ensure repeat business and revenue growth
- Liaise with internal departments and third-party service providers to resolve client issues
- Set up, manage, and continuously improve the service desk for productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and QHSE standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices
Requirements & Experience
- Minimum of 16 years post-graduation experience in process-oriented organizations
- At least 10 years’ experience in a Customer Service/Support Center environment
- Minimum of 4 years at a managerial level in customer experience or service delivery
- Strong understanding of service delivery, customer experience, sales, and negotiation techniques
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Sales-oriented mindset with passion for service excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems (knowledge of Zoho is an advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.

Job Title: Facility Supervisor

Summary
- We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Facility Supervisor to oversee the management of services and processes that support our core business operations.
- The ideal candidate will ensure that all managed facilities provide a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections across all managed facilities to identify maintenance needs early.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs (Plumbing, Electrical Systems, Generators, HVAC, Pest Control, Water Treatment, etc.).
- Ensure all facilities and appliances remain fully operational at all times.
- Supervise repairs and maintenance activities in line with established operational processes.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking of maintenance activities.
- Prepare and submit monthly facility management reports.
- Analyze competitor offerings and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to drive growth.
- Ensure appropriate deployment of skilled Maintenance Professionals.
- Provide hands-on supervision with zero tolerance for service failure.
- Monitor compliance with company codes of conduct.
- Ensure clear communication with clients regarding service schedules.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics for maintenance requests.
- Perform routine audits on Maintenance Professionals and Suppliers.
- Submit weekly activity reports.
- Conduct regular walk-throughs for visual maintenance and security checks.
- Serve as first responder to facility emergencies.
- Ensure timely and quality-focused procurement processes.
- Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct operational reviews and preventive maintenance audits.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Hold quarterly stakeholder meetings for operational updates.
- Propose innovative service improvements and promotional initiatives.
- Support Operations Manager in delivering client needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Technical competency in Facilities Management, Project Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Facilities and/or Hospitality Management.
- Prior supervisory experience above entry level.
- Demonstrated ability to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and systems.
