Job Title: Technical and Implementation Manager
Location: Nigeria

Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced Technical and Implementation Manager to lead the deployment, implementation, and continuous operation of the bitMARTe platform.
- This role is responsible for ensuring 24/7 system availability, zero downtime, secure platform deployment, and seamless execution of technical projects in line with contractual, regulatory, and business requirements.
- The ideal candidate is a senior ICT professional with strong project management expertise, hands-on technical knowledge, and proven experience leading large-scale system implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical deployment, implementation, and continuous operation of the bitMARTe platform
- Ensure the platform operates 24/7 with zero downtime and immediate recovery plans in place
- Develop and maintain detailed technical implementation, execution, and enhancement plans
- Manage system testing, debugging, rollout, and post-launch support activities
- Coordinate and supervise the implementation team for pre- and post-launch operations
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations
- Maintain and update SOPs, user manuals, and technical documentation
- Provide frontline technical support to key customers and internal teams
- Manage platform upgrades, enhancements, and system revisions based on client feedback
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party providers to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor risks, anticipate delays, and implement alternative solutions proactively
- Oversee troubleshooting of escalated system issues and generate technical/business reports
- Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to keep the platform technologically competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Zoho is an advantage)
- Project Management certification or related training is an added advantage
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 years’ experience in the ICT domain within reputable organizations
- At least 6 years’ experience in a software project management or implementation leadership role
- Recent experience (within the last 3 years) leading system deployment or implementation projects
- Strong experience with systems, hardware, and software implementation
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, Agile design, and testing
- Knowledge of coding and system power requirements is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Service Support Center team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals

- Maintain accurate documentation, service records, and customer interactions

Requirements & Experience
- Minimum of 16 years post-graduation experience in process-oriented organizations
- At least 10 years’ experience in a Customer Service/Support Center environment
- Minimum of 4 years at a managerial level in customer experience or service delivery
- Strong understanding of service delivery, customer experience, sales, and negotiation techniques
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Sales-oriented mindset with passion for service excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems (knowledge of Zoho is an advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
