  • At least six (6) of such journal articles must be in impact Factor rated journals.
  • The candidate must have successfully supervised a minimum of one (1) Ph.D student and three (3) Master’s Students or at least five (5) Master’s Degree students.
  • The candidate must have been an Associate Professor (Reader) for three (3) years or a Senior Lecturer for at least five (5) years in a recognized degree awarding institution.
