Job Title: Sales and Customer Services Executive

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Promptly and cordially, answer the company’s phone lines.
  • Reply and respond to all client request and messages on all our available platforms.
  • Ensure that the customers who come into the showroom area are well attended to.
  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft office packages.
  • Generate income for the company to an agreed annual defined target of revenue and increase the company’s year on year revenue.
  • Source for viable clients for the business via all available platforms.
  • Participate in marketing activities, including trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, presentations, publications, mailings, etc
  • Identifying and following up with prospective clients ,book prospects meetings with clients to identify and close out on business opportunities.
  • Explore new relationships with genuine potentials to develop into profitable long-term clients.
  • Ensure detailed prospect records are fully maintained and followed up with.
  • Continually update and develop knowledge of the overall business market place, the group’s product and service portfolio and competitor activities and inform management thereon.
  • Ensure that your monthly laid down sales target is met.
  • Sell, sell and sell.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 / Month.

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • We need a procurement Officer to manage our company’s procurement process and supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

  • The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely and cost-efficient procurement of goods and services to ensure there is no production down time.
  • Manage and onboard vendors and manage relationships to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as the admin, production and finance teams to align procurement activities with business needs.
  • Make lists of necessary supplies, materials, services review purchases and analyze current buying and spending patterns.
  • Enforce procurement regulations within the company and externally.
  • Record inventory and manage stock levels when purchasing.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase inventory.

Job Title: Facility Maintanance Officer

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Undertake routine preventative maintenance and respond promptly to reactive maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
  • Perform daily inspections and identify and address issues to ensure a clean and safe work environment for staff members.
  • Coordinate and schedule equipment and building repairs, installations, and maintenance work with vendors and appropriate in-house staff.
  • Manage unplanned maintenance, repair and recovery for the facility as required within the shortest possible time.
  • Follow-up on timelines to ensure periodic services such as generator, fire extinguisher e.t.c
  • Energy management: ensure adherence to managing energy sources – turning off lights, putting off equipment, and use of inverter to the firm’s advantage
  • Assist with special projects related to office facilities, including office construction and refurbishments and vendor biding processes
  • Maintain and update fire safety policy as well as HSE policies which are to be communicated to staff and new employees, interns at all times.
  • Manage and ensure routine fumigation of offices across the branches.
  • Ensure that basic facilities, such as water, sewer and waste are well maintained
  • Prepare weekly report of facility activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, facility management, estate management or other related fields from a reputable University.
  • Must have had 4 – 7 year’s experience working as a facility maintenance officer in a factory.
  • Working days will be from Monday to Saturday.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.

Job Title: Factory Human Resource Officer

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Ensure that all factory staff filings and documentations are well archived and easily assessable.
  • Close out on all open recruitment in the factory.
  • Ensure high quality manpower planning and recruitment procedures are in place for the factory, and that these procedures align with the employment regulation and Company policy governing recruitment and selection.
  • Build on existing systems to create Human Resource Management tools including job descriptions, competency profiles, Performance Management Systems, Key Performance Indicators & Scorecards to improve efficiency and develop uniformity within the employee population of the company.
  • Ensure that all new factory employees undergo thorough induction processes to aid their seamless integration into the group
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws ensuring that factory workers have their personal protective garments on at all times .
  • Daily monitoring of factory staff and operations to ensure efficency and high productivity of employees.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Second class Upper) in Industrial relations, Human Resource management or any other related field.
  • 5 to 8 years experience in a similar role.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
