Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented Growth Manager to lead and oversee Sales, Business Development, Digital Marketing, and Brand Growth initiatives across Testify Limited.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, strengthening brand positioning, building strategic partnerships, and developing scalable growth systems that support long-term business objectives.
- This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, performance marketing expertise, relationship management, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new revenue streams across Business Consult, Academy, and Community arms.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization.
