Job Description & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT and network systems across branches.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure data security, backup, and system integrity.
• Design engaging visual content for social media, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Update the company’s website and e-commerce platforms with relevant images and graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and brand assets.
• Monitor and ensure functionality of POS systems, CCTV, and other digital tools.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and online advertising campaigns.
• Maintain an organized database and documentation of IT and creative assets.

Qualification & Experience

• OND, HND, or B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, systems maintenance, and graphic design.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
• Familiarity with website management, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Internal Auditor

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in auditing or internal control.
• ICAN Certification or ongoing ICAN qualification is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in auditing, internal control, or accounting functions, preferably within a retail, FMCG, or supermarket environment.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, internal control systems, and audit standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and surprise audits of all departments and branches to ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Review cash handling, sales records, inventory management, and expense documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Detect and report discrepancies, fraud, or policy violations promptly to management.
• Verify stock balances, supplier transactions, and store activities to ensure accountability.
• Evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and submit findings with corrective action plans to the Head of Audit and Management.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on compliance.
• Support management in risk assessment, loss prevention, and process improvement initiatives.

Salary
N200,000 –  N400,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (e.g., profit & loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement).
• Generate reports for management to support operational decision-making.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenues.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile daily sales and bank statements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably as Head of Accounts or Finance Manager.
• A minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ICAN/ACCA certification is an added advantage).
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Retailman, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools).

Salary
N250,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
