Job Title: Operations Associate
Location: Nigeria
About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of activities for our Installer Operations team.
- The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and eager to grow while contributing to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate activities such as training sessions, conferences, installer engagement programs, and brand events.
- Support the development of the installer membership system through training, incentives, and community engagement.
- Assist in delivering training programs for installers, channel partners, and new employees to promote brand, product, service, and sales policies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities through research to provide insights for business growth.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of operational plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in operations, event planning, or a related role.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes and handle operational challenges.
- Good communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.

- Proven ability to consistently deliver on sales KPIs in the Nigerian electronics market.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and dealer relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across Nigeria.
