Job Title: Document Controller

Job Summary
- Responsible for managing fleet manuals, company procedures & operational docs; coordinating library activities; maintaining centralised documentation control & electronic database; distributing technical info; managing cockpit library; ensuring quality/safety compliance via audits & notifications
Duties / Responsibilities
- Responsible for general management and control of fleet manuals, company procedures and operational work instruction.
- Ensures overall coordination of all library activities in relation to receipt and distribution, shelving and cataloguing, loaning and dispatch, as well as tracking and control of all library collections.
- Develop and maintain a centralised documentation control procedure for the management of overall company data and records
- Develop and manage an electronic central database system for all manuals and technical information acquisitions.
- Receive, update and distribute incoming technical information to expected users.
- Manage the cockpit library aboard the aircraft.
- Notifies the Quality and Safety Manager of the inspection of the documents
- Partake in quality auditing and safety inspections, as well as follow up on corrective actions.
Experience & Qualifications
- HND, BSc, in any discipline
- 3 years and above working experience
- Honest and hardworking
- Must be a team player
- Ability to work under pressure.

- The Quality and Safety officer ensures compliance and risk management for United Nigeria Airlines through audits, trainings, hazard identification, and emergency preparedness.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Carrying out quality audit/ safety inspection using the checklist for the section
- Identify non-conformities and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Liaise with the departmental heads on pending corrective actions.
- Review and update applicable manuals to ensure continuous compliance with United Nigeria Airlines standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality and safety trainings for employees.
- Identify hazards and conduct risk assessment.
- Coordinate Safety Action Group (SAG) meetings.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Safety Management System.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
