Job Title: Offshore Installation Manager

Location: Rivers

Job Summary 

• The OIM is in overall charge of and is accountable and responsible for the safety of all persons on-board, equipment and rig and all activities conducted.
• The OIM has total jurisdiction and authority over rig management including but not limited to safety, operations, personnel, training, regulatory compliance, budget management and environmental compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Reports directly and provides support to the Rig Manager with regard the day-to-day management and long-range stewardship of the rig.
• Directly responsible and accountable for the safe and efficient operation and management of the rig and to ensure all drilling operations are conducted in accordance with Client’s well program and Company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to Borr Drilling’s QHSE Management System; ensure all personnel on-board comply with Safe Systems of Work (SSOW),i.e. Risk Assessments etc. and act as ultimate approval authority for same.
• Ensure the integrity and stability of the rig is always being maintained while afloat.
• Ensure emergency drills are always conducted and ensure preparedness of crew and equipment.
• Provide comprehensive handover notes for relief and ensure subordinates provide the same.

Qualifications and Experience

• The Offshore Installation Manager shall have a minimum, a High School or similar education with a minimum of 10 years oilfield experience. Specifically, we require individuals who have 5 years of experience in the role of Offshore Installation Manager onboard an offshore installation.
• Candidates must hold their Offshore Survival (OPITO BOSIET/FOET), Offshore Medical (OEUK) and IWCF / IADC Well Control Level 4.

• Tool pusher is responsible for the safety and leadership of the drilling crew, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensures the day-to-day administration of necessary paperwork and long-term certification of equipment and personnel.
• Work closely in conjunction with the OIM, drilling crew, and customer representative to ensure drilling operations are carried out safely and efficiently to the satisfaction of the customer.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operational preparation of all safety and emergency equipment.
• Participate in well kill operations in an emergency or well control situation.
• Ensure that all crew members are adequately trained in handling emergencies.
• Assist with maintaining a sufficient stock of equipment spare parts and materials.
• Providing daily operational guidance to direct report.
• Ensuring adherence to Borr policies and procedures are always carried out.
• Preparation for upcoming well and drilling activities.
• Monitoring of ongoing well and drilling activities daily.

Job Title: Rig Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

• Overall accountability for the maintenance and operation of all rig equipment and systems (hardware and software) to ensure safe and efficient operations. Oversight of all rig departments related to maintenance activities.
• Focal point for technical queries from internal and external sources, acting as subject matter expert in asset integrity processes and systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to rig for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements related to asset integrity activities (inhibits and overrides, energy isolation, dropped objects, environmental monitoring).
• Demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) leadership (behavioral based safety, management by walk-around, etc.) and ad-hoc initiatives or campaigns.
• Ensure Safety Case technical barriers are in place and effective, including management of Written Scheme of Verification (WSV) if applicable.
• Manage rig technical documentation, including but not limited to manuals, drawings, certificates, equipment registers, and IADC equipment list.
• Quality assurance and quality control of rig’s Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS).
• Superuser for Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS), including training of all rig users.

Job Description

• The Electronic Technician (ET) is the designated electronics specialist responsible for the maintenance, repair, operation and material control of all electronic equipment on board the rig.
• The ET is responsible for ensuring all electronic equipment remains functional throughout operations, so as to minimize downtime, and all electronic/electrical systems are within safety and regulatory body compliance standards and will advise the Rig Maintenance Supervisor on all electronic maintenance and repair requirements and operational status of electronic systems as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform all duties assigned by the Rig Maintenance Supervisor on the day-to-day management and long-range stewardship of the rig.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in a safe and conscientious manner, and are responsible for correcting or notifying responsible persons of any unsafe acts and/or conditions which exist.
• Actively participate in and contribute to pre-shift and Toolbox Talk meetings; Observation program, or special operations safety meetings, and ensure any concerns or issues are reported appropriately.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels for equipment under the area of responsibility: order any stock in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensure all lock-out tag-out procedures are followed, and all hazards and risks are identified prior to starting work on electrical equipment.
• Assist with third-party equipment inspections as required and ensure that all third-party electronic equipment is compatible with use on the rig.

Job Title: Barge Master

Job Description

• Overall responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all marine activities. This includes operation and maintenance of deck, marine (incl. Jacking and Anchor Systems), safety equipment, non-drilling related lifting equipment & marine/cargo lifting operations.
• The Barge Master is also responsible for overseeing the structural integrity of the unit and its system.
• The Barge Master supervises all cargo transfers, ballasting adjustments and loading compensation and ensures compliance with Borr Drilling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations are planned, organized, supervised and executed in accordance with well programs, rig move plans, client requirements and contractual obligations.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels for equipment under the area of responsibility: order any stock in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate supply vessels, helicopter logistics and other vessel activities involving the rig.
• As an HLO (Helicopter Landing Officer), supervise crew change by boat or by helicopter.
• Carry out appraisals for subordinates and any other tasks requested by Rig Management.
• Work with the assigned assessor to complete the Borr Competence Management System “BCAMS” and, where necessary, identify any areas for development. Provide demonstrable evidence to complement the assessor outcomes.
