Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a reliable and professional Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our management team in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diary, schedules, and appointments
  • Screen and direct calls and correspondence
  • Organize travel arrangements and logistics
  • Take dictation, prepare reports, and minutes
  • Conduct research and provide information as required
  • Perform general administrative support and ad hoc tasks

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Job Title: Facility /  Admin Manager

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Requirements and Skills

  • BSc / BA in Office Administration or relevant field is preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining security processes and policies, identifying and reducing risks, and limiting liability
  • Conducting research and executing security management solutions to help keep the organization safe
  • Implementing and overseeing strategies to assess and mitigate risk, safeguarding the corporation and its assets
  • Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards and desk clerks.

Job Requirements

  • At least First Degree or equivalent.
  • Must be ex-service personnel.
  • No more than 50 years old.
  • Must be a self-starter willing to live in the rural areas of our farm locations.
  • Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
