Role Purpose
- The Cinematographer is responsible for capturing high-quality visual content that showcases the ’s properties, projects, and lifestyle experiences.
- This role requires strong expertise in camera operations (DSLR/mirrorless), complemented by proficiency in gimbal stabilization for smooth cinematic shots and basic drone piloting for aerial perspectives. By combining technical mastery with creative framing, the Cinematographer ensures the company’s media content aligns with its premium real estate positioning.
Role Summary
- The Cinematographer is the company’s visual storyteller on the ground and in the air. By mastering camera operations, gimbals, and drones, the role ensures that every company’s property is showcased in a premium, aspirational way.
- Reporting to the Head of Media, the Cinematographer plays a critical role in capturing visuals that drive sales, boost brand perception, and tell real estate story with clarity and creativity.
Core Deliverables
Camera Operations:
- Operate professional cameras (DSLR/mirrorless) to capture property tours, lifestyle shots, talk shows, and events.
- Apply knowledge of framing, exposure, depth of field, and movement for cinematic appeal.
Stabilization & Motion Capture
- Use gimbal stabilizers for smooth walkthroughs and dynamic property shots.
- Apply creative motion techniques for property features (wide sweeps, focus pulls, room transitions).
Aerial Cinematography:
- Pilot drones (basic to intermediate proficiency) to capture aerial views of estates, land plots, and surrounding areas.
- Comply with drone flight safety and local regulations.
Pre-Production Planning:
- Interpret briefs and scripts to understand shooting requirements.
- Conduct site visits, test shots, and lighting assessments.
- Prepare equipment and troubleshoot technical issues before shoots.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the Head of Media to execute creative vision.
- Support Social Media Manager with raw footage for online campaigns.
- Assist in inspections, launches, and events by providing professional coverage.
Post-Production Preparation:
- Deliver raw footage organized, labeled, and ready for editing.
- Provide input on visual tone, transitions, and continuity.
- Suggest creative enhancements based on shooting outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture cinematic visuals of the company’s properties, events, and lifestyle moments.
- Operate cameras, gimbals, and drones effectively and safely.

Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Film, Media, or Creative Arts.
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in cinematography/videography.
- Strong camera operation skills (DSLR/mirrorless, lenses, lighting techniques).
- Proficiency in gimbal setups (DJI Ronin, Zhiyun, etc.).
- Sound Knowledge to intermediate drone piloting (DJI drones preferred).
- Understanding of real estate and lifestyle cinematography.
