Job Title: Bid Manager
Locations: Lagos and Warri – Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
- The Bid Manager will lead the development of winning bids for major oil and gas projects.
- This role requires a deep understanding of EPC tendering processes, proposal writing, and cost estimation to secure high-value contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire bid process from pre-qualification to contract award.
- Develop competitive proposals and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Work closely with technical, commercial, and legal teams to prepare comprehensive bids.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies in bid preparation.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in bid and tender management within Oil & Gas.
- Strong knowledge of EPC contracting, pricing strategies, and procurement.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
