GB Talent Solutions Inc is hiring for the position of Customer Representative Intern. GB Talent Solutions Inc is a growing company that helps other businesses with hiring, training, and managing workers. The company started in January 2024. They work with many businesses, including tech companies like Easy Flip and FlipEx, to help them grow and succeed. GB Talent Solutions Inc is now looking for someone to join as a Customer Representative Intern.

Job Title: Customer Representative Intern
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Talk to customers through chat, email, and social media to help them quickly. A Customer Representative Intern must always be ready to respond.

  • Give clear and correct information about the company’s services and platform. The Customer Representative Intern must know the company’s work well.

  • Keep a good relationship with customers and make sure they are happy. Being a Customer Representative Intern means making sure the customer feels heard.

  • Use tools like CRM to keep track of customer messages and feedback.

  • Work with other teams to solve bigger problems or issues.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or HND and at least 1 year of work experience.

  • Must be serving in NYSC right now.

  • Should have good speaking and writing skills.

  • Must be friendly and good at talking to people.

  • It helps if you have worked in customer service before, especially in crypto, fintech, or tech.

  • Knowing how to use CRM tools is a plus.

  • Must be able to work alone and from home.

  • Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary

₦50,000 per month
