Job Title: Project Manager (Female Only)
Location: Remote

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful female Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination and execution of projects from start to finish.
- The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a strong problem-solver and someone who can manage multiple responsibilities without losing sight of deadlines, quality or business objectives.
- She should be comfortable taking ownership of projects, coordinating different people and teams, tracking progress, and ensuring that deliverables are completed efficiently.
- We are looking for someone who does not simply wait for instructions but takes initiative, anticipates challenges, follows through on tasks, and consistently finds ways to improve how work gets done.

- Resource and Budget Management

Performance Indicators
Performance will be evaluated using measurable outcomes, including:
- Percentage of projects delivered on schedule.
- Adherence to approved budgets.
- Quality and completeness of deliverables.
- Accuracy and timeliness of project reports.
- Effectiveness of team coordination.
- Speed of issue resolution and risk escalation.
- Improvements in operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A Degree or relevant qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is an advantage.
- Demonstrable experience coordinating or managing projects.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com, or Notion.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively.
- Professionalism, integrity, discretion, and accountability.
