Qualifications
- Must reside in one of the following states: Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Tennessee, Montana, Missouri, Louisiana, or South Carolina
- This is a Work From Home position, requiring minimum internet speeds of 15 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
- HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- No prior experience required, but experience in a people-focused industry is advantageous
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proficient in phone and Zoom communication
- Disciplined and goal-oriented

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others via phone, email, web portal, etc.
- Provide accurate and timely responses using high customer service and quality standards
- Work as part of a team supporting one or more service delivery teams
- Assist new members through the benefits enrollment process
- Customize benefits plans for clients
- Build relationships with existing and new clients
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Enroll niche market clients into exclusive benefit programs
- Manage benefits for union and association members
- Provide excellent customer service for employee benefits inquiries
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
- Independently resolve routine and complex benefits issues
- Collaborate effectively with team members
