Job Summary

• The Art Director, Visuals & Content, will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality, on-brand visual designs across various marketing materials.
• This role will be crucial in maintaining Seven-Up Bottling Company’s brand identity through compelling static and animated content, ensuring consistency and visual appeal in all consumer-facing
• communications.
• The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of brand guidelines, and proficiency in design and animation software.

Key Responsibilities
Visual Design & Brand Identity:

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints, adhering strictly to the Seven-Up Bottling Company brand guidelines.
• Design and produce a wide range of marketing collateral, includingbut not limited to: social media graphics, website banners, print advertisements (minimal), in-store POS materials (minimal), and digital campaign assets.
• Ensure all visual elements are impactful, engaging, and effectively communicate brand messaging.

Content Animation & Production:

• Conceptualize and produce engaging short-form animated content for digital platforms (e.g., social media, website, digital ads).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring content ideas to life through motion graphics and simple video editing.
• Manage the end-to-end production process for visual assets, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring timely completion.

Creative Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with the Category Senior Brand Manager and the wider marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Provide creative input and recommendations during brainstorming sessions.
• Liaise with external agencies or vendors when necessary for specialized design or production needs, ensuring brand standards are met.

Asset Management & Archiving:

Market & Trend Awareness:

Qualifications

Job Title: Category Manager – Direct

Job Summary

• Managing the sourcing and procurement of Category B (part) & C Raw & Packaging Materials for SBC

Responsibilities

• Develop a Sourcing Strategy that delivers best in class raw & packaging materials for the organization
• Develop and maintain a structure that coordinates sourcing and contract management activities across the Direct procurement category, delivering targeted benefits to SBC
• Collaborate with internal customers to interpret the ongoing supply plan for the category. (Stakeholder Management)
• Consistently monitor market trends to stay abreast of the factors impacting on demand and supply, to be able to forecast trends, and implement actions, that positively impacts the SBCs position.
• Leverage on e- procurement tools; E-RFPs, E-RFQs, E-options etc to drive benefits for the business.
• Deliver best in class (cheapest) pricing to give cost advantage to the business
• Align pricing of all RPM with GM Procurement at the beginning of a new period.
• Develop & agree pricing formulas with GM Procurement for all relevant RPM
• Track and monitor all spend related to direct procurement category vis-à-vis the approved FY budget
• Work with Team to propose, track and subsequently implement corrective actions and coaching for vendors that fail to meet contract requirements.
• Manage the supplier performance system, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions, Service Level Agreement, and specified Key Performance Indicators on a quarterly basis.
• Develop and implement category communication plans, including sharing new contract agreements and procedures for complying.
• Develop a robust supplier repository to facilitate the procurement at optimal price and quality at all times.
• Ensure overall business strategies, goals, and changes from senior leadership are understood and successfully executed. Communicate the unit goals to the team, motivating them in the accomplishment of set goals and objectives.

• The Fleet Analyst is responsible for supporting fleet operations through accurate SAP transaction processing, data Management, reporting, analytics, and compliance monitoring.
• The role ensures timely and accurate recording of fleet-related activities, provides actionable insights through data analysis, and supports cost control, asset utilization, and operational efficiency across the fleet.

Job Details
SAP & Transaction Management:

• Create and maintain fleet-related master data in SAP.
• Process and monitor fleet purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), service entries, goods receipts, and invoice verification activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate SAP posting of fleet expenses including fuel, maintenance, tyres, repairs, tolls, permits, and vehicle registrations.
• Track and resolve SAP transaction issues in collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.
• Support month-end closing activities by ensuring fleet-related transactions are complete and accurate.

Fleet Data & Analytics:

• Maintain accurate fleet databases and records.
• Develop and publish weekly and monthly fleet performance reports.
• Analyse fleet operating costs and identify savings opportunities.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, downtime, maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and route efficiency.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and operational targets.

Reporting & KPI Management:

Compliance & Controls:

• Monitor adherence to approval workflows and spending controls.

Stakeholder Support:

• Work closely with Fleet Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, SAP, Logistics, and Supply

• Assist in preparation of business cases for fleet investments, vehicle replacements, and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics analytics, supply chain, finance operations, or similar analytical role.
• Experience working with SAP ERP systems is required.
