Job Title: Production Coordinator
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
- Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
- Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of Second Class Upper division) in Mechanical or Production Engineering with relevant work experience.
- An MBA will be an added advantage
- Our Ideal candidate should not be more than 35 years old.
- Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills and resolve any issues that may derail production.
- Should have exceptional communication, management, and leadership skills to ensure that factory operations run smoothly.

Job Description
- Reporting to the General / Regional Manager or his delegate, this officer will undertake the pre-sales consultation with distributors to arrange on-farm demonstrations of the company’s products and technologies and follow through with ensuring that the farmers understand the value of such and are able to practice the same on their own with minimal assistance.
- Will work with distributors, stockists and dealers to ensure that such products and technologies are made available to the farmers through such channels at the right time, in the right quantity and price.
Requirements
- Our ideal candidate would have obtained a minimum of Second Class Upper in Agronomy, Crop Science and Soil Science, from one of Nigeria’s Universities.
- Our ideal candidate will be comfortable living and travelling in any part of Nigeria.
- Fluency in English and more than one of Nigeria’s major languages and at least one (1) year’s cognate experience in a similar position will be advantages.
- Our ideal candidate who should be under the age of 30 years old.

- Good application of the Manufacturing process – from raw materials to finished goods.
