Tiva Creative Solutions Limited Latest Recruitment for Account Reconciliation Officer, Brand Designer, Content and Social Media, Service Officer. Jobs

Tiva Creative exists because Nigerian businesses deserve access to the same quality of consulting rigour that global firms provide their clients — delivered by people who understand this market from the inside. We are not a personal brand. We are a firm. A growing team of consultants, practitioners, and programme leads who share a common standard, a common methodology, and a common belief: that execution is the rarest and most valuable thing a consulting partner can bring.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Service Officer
Location: Nigeria
What This Role Actually Is
- The TSO is TheOtherWife’s boots on the ground. They own their Local Zone Area completely: every chef in it, every customer in it, every order that moves through it, and every delivery that gets made within it.
- When a zone works well, it is because the TSO made it work. When it underperforms, the TSO is the first conversation. This is a relationship role disguised as an operations role.
- The most effective TSOs will be people who are known in their community, who people trust, and who can walk into a home kitchen and in ten minutes convince a talented cook that TheOtherWife is the platform that will change their financial life.
Key Responsibilities
HomeChef Recruitment and Onboarding (Target: 50 per month):
- Identify home cooks in the LZA who are already cooking and selling informally, on WhatsApp, Instagram, or within their community.
- Personally approach and pitch at least 60 HomeChef candidates per month to onboard 50 verified ones (accounting for drop-off).
- Walk each new HomeChef through the TOW app on-site: account setup, profile completion, menu listing, and order flow walkthrough.
- Ensure every HomeChef has a minimum of 3 active menu items before the account is marked active.
- Coordinate with the verification team to complete food safety requirements for each new HomeChef within 5 working days of sign-up.
- Maintain a live LZA HomeChef register: active, inactive, pending, and churned. Updated every Monday.
Order Volume and Customer Activation (Target: 500 orders per week):
- Drive customer registrations in the LZA: minimum 200 new customer sign-ups per month.
- Run localised awareness activities: market days, estate visits, office outreach, church and mosque announcements, community events.
- Distribute TOW materials (flyers, QR codes, chef cards) at every high-traffic point in the LZA.
- Follow up personally with customers who registered but have not placed their first order.
- Monitor daily order count for the LZA and flag to operations if the weekly pace is behind target by Wednesday.
Delivery Monitoring and Logistics:
- Monitor every order in the LZA from confirmation through to delivery or pickup completion.
- Ensure delivery SLA is met: meals arrive within the committed time window from order confirmation.
- Build and maintain relationships with local riders, dispatch companies, or individual delivery personnel within the LZA.
- For any area without current logistics coverage, identify a solution and escalate to operations within 48 hours.
- Escalate any at-risk order (delayed, no rider, HomeChef unresponsive) within 15 minutes of identifying the issue.
- Check that HomeChefs are using proper food packaging and flag hygiene or packaging issues immediately.
LZA Expansion and Network Growth:
- Map all streets, estates, office clusters, and residential areas in the LZA. Track which sub-areas have been activated and which have not.
- Present a monthly activation plan for any unactivated sub-areas in the LZA to the operations team. • Identify local ingredient suppliers, market traders, or farms who could supply TOW partner HomeChefs at better rates.
- When LZA order volume consistently exceeds 750 per week, flag to operations that zone expansion and an additional TSO is required.
Reporting
- Submit a weekly LZA report every Monday: active chef count, new sign-ups, weekly orders completed, delivery issues, customer complaints, and sub-area activation progress.
- Attend the monthly TSO review call with the operations lead.
- Flag any HomeChef with 3 or more consecutive order rejections, late deliveries, or poor ratings within 48 hours.
- Share the weekly order log with the ARO team for reconciliation every Friday.
Key Performance Indicators KPI

- This proves they know the territory and can execute independently. Only after passing the trial is the formal offer extended.
Minimum Requirements
- Secondary school certificate minimum.
- OND or degree is an advantage.
- Active Android smartphone.

Job Title: Brand Designer, Content and Social Media
Location: Lagos
About the Role
- We are hiring one person to design across those accounts. You will take a client from a rough brief through to finished campaign work: the look of it, the words that sit inside it, and the way it lands on social media once it goes out.
- This suits someone who is tired of being handed a finished caption and asked only to make it look good. We want a designer who has an opinion on whether the message is right in the first place.
What you will do Design and brand:
- Design campaign assets for social media, digital ads, websites, print, presentations and documents.
- Work inside each client’s brand rules, and help build those rules where they do not yet exist.
- Keep client brands distinct. Several of our clients sit within the same group but do not share a look or a voice.
- Hand over print ready and screen ready files that a printer or developer can use without coming back with questions.
Content:
- Write the short copy that sits inside your own designs: headlines, captions, carousel text, ad copy and video titles.
- Turn long documents, such as a report or a product brief, into something a person will actually read on a phone.
- Shape a campaign idea into a run of posts with a beginning, a middle and an end, rather than a pile of unrelated graphics.
Social media:
- Build and hold the monthly content calendar for the clients assigned to you.
- Schedule, publish and monitor posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and TikTok, depending on the client.
- Handle comments and messages within agreed response times, and pass anything sensitive to the account lead rather than answering it yourself.
- Report monthly on what performed, what did not, and what you would change next month.
Requirements
What we are looking for Required:
- Three to five years designing for brands or inside an agency, with a portfolio of finished campaign work.
- Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, or Figma and Canva at a professional standard. We care that the work is good, not which tool made it. Proof that you can write.
- Send us captions and headlines you wrote yourself.
- Hands on experience running business social media accounts, including scheduling tools and platform analytics.
- Video and motion basics: cutting a reel, adding subtitles, simple animated graphics.
- Ability to hold several clients at once without dropping any of them.
- Comfortable receiving direct feedback and reworking something twice without taking it personally.
- A reliable internet connection and a working setup, since the role is fully remote. Helpful, not essential
- Experience across more than one industry, particularly property, agriculture, retail or technology.
- Photography, or directing a shoot on set.
- Some web design experience, or an understanding of how a design becomes a working page.
- Paid social: boosting posts, building simple ad sets, and reading the results.
How we will judge the first six months:
- First month: You know each assigned client, their audience and their brand rules well enough to design without checking every choice.
- Third month: You are running the content calendar for your accounts on your own, and campaign work goes out on time and on brand.
- Sixth month. Clients ask for you by name, monthly reporting is consistent, and you bring ideas to briefings instead of waiting for them.

Location: Nigeria
What This Role
- The ARO is the financial conscience of TheOtherWife. Every naira that moves on the platform, whether it is a customer payment, a HomeChef payout, a supplier settlement, a delivery payment, or a refund, must be verified, matched, and reconciled by the ARO. With the multi-party payment split now in place (customer, farm/supplier, HomeChef, delivery, platform), every single order produces at least five financial records that must match perfectly. At the scale TOW is targeting, that is thousands of records per week.
- The ARO is the person who makes sure nothing is lost, nothing is wrong, and every party gets exactly what they are owed.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Reconciliation (Daily):
- Reconcile every transaction on the platform daily: customer payments received, HomeChef payouts, supplier portions, delivery fees, and TOW commission, all cross-referenced against Paystack records.
- For each order, verify that all five split components match: customer paid, supplier credited, HomeChef held and released, delivery settled, TOW commission recorded. Flag any unmatched or missing transaction within 2 hours and escalate immediately to the operations lead.

- Maintain the complete financial record of each HomeChef: earnings received, commission deducted, payouts disbursed, refund clawbacks applied.
- Process HomeChef wallet withdrawal requests via Paystack Transfer within 24 hours of submission.
- Send each HomeChef a monthly earnings statement: total orders completed, total gross earnings, total commission deducted, and net payout.
- Investigate and resolve any HomeChef payment dispute within 48 hours of the complaint being raised.
Supplier Account Tracking:
- Track ingredient supply deliveries and payments for all three TOW supplier partners: Ornan Rice (Basmati, Long Grain, Nigerian Clean Rice), Silverline Farm Fresh (Tomatoes, Peppers, Cucumbers, Vegetables), and The Acquaculture District (Soup Ingredients, Bulk Meat, Dry Fish, Seafood Packs).
- Reconcile supplier invoices against delivery confirmations and HomeChef purchase records on a weekly basis.
- Flag any discrepancy between what was ordered from a supplier and what was received or paid within 24 hours.
- Maintain a running account balance per supplier and report monthly to the operations lead. Refund and Dispute Handling
- Process Scenario A refunds automatically: wallet credit for customer, clawback from HomeChef wallet, log Paystack fee absorbed. • Support admin-authorised Scenario B refunds and record the financial impact against TOW revenue correctly.
- Track cumulative Paystack fees lost on refunded orders and include in weekly financial report.
Reporting:
- Weekly report: total orders, total GMV, total TOW revenue, total HomeChef payouts, total supplier settlements, total delivery payments, total refunds, net TOW position.
- Monthly HomeChef earnings report per active chef.
- Monthly TSO zone order report for commission calculation.
- Ad hoc financial data as required for investor, partner, or compliance reporting.

- Dispute resolution Report delivery Acknowledged within 2 hours, resolved within 48
- All reports delivered on agreed schedules Accounts managed Up to 500 HomeChef accounts per ARO, reviewed quarterly Monthly
