Main Functions

  • Supports and enhances 2D/3D seismic and wellbore acquisition programs across company.
  • Will interface with the operating groups, other technical specialists, and vendors to provide 2D/3D seismic and borehole seismic survey acquisition solutions which safely meet organizational goals and commitments.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, HSSE, Project Management, and other groups to plan, write, and revise printed and online documentation, including general overviews, tutorials, installation/configuration instructions, training class materials, and documentation
  • Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation
  • Play an active role in maintaining a safety culture in the performance of Technical Writing duties and adhere to all applicable site / project safety procedures

Job Title: Project Quality Control Engineer – Rotating Equipment

  • Review preservation reports for all rotating equipment and carry out spot inspection of the storage and preservation of these items.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection and Test Plan.
  • Review and sign Contractor Inspection and Test Reports on behalf of Company
  • Monitor Contractor rotating equipment installation activities.
  • Witness performance test runs and site acceptance tests of rotating equipment.
  • Verify adequacy of procedures and work instructions for special processes and the qualification of personnel for key activities.
  • Prepare and issue weekly summary reports based of the site quality surveillance activities
  • Escalate any observed non-conformances to Senior Quality Surveillance Engineer for review and action.
  • Review the resolution of field NCR action items
  • Monitor Contractor Completions Management process and verify reports, to support the Faultless Project Delivery Program
  • Support punch listing activities
  • Verify the correct update of as-built documentation.

Job Requirements
Education:

  • Suggest and propose regular revision of user manuals, procedures and work instructions pertaining to the use of SC Tools
  • Coordinate and ensure the regular training and support for external Suppliers on the e-sourcing tool and NIPEX platforms
  • Suggest and propose the delivery of Requests for Assistance (e.g. MTKs) for incidents or challenges requiring CC-SAP or other external assistance
  • Test and validate under custody of Performance & Tools Manager new solutions and upgrades of Supply Chain (SC) tools,
  • Participate in all specific actions (e.g. data cleaning) related to SC tools which can have impacts on SC processes

Training, appropriation and controls:

  • Suggest and prepare after SAP Lead User’s approval all requests for modifications to profiles, reference users or permissions in respect of SC Tools so as to ensure segregation of duties in SAP.
  • Coordinate and ensure the regular (re)training of users of all SC Tools and in particular, the training and induction of new users so as to ensure the optimal appropriation and use of these tools.
  • Perform regular controls to continuously improve the level of appropriation of SC tools so as to improve affiliates performance in ASAP and related audits (e.g. SOX audits)

Front Line contact for IS system:

  • Monitor the general evolution of new technologies and their potential for process improvements.
  • To accurately represent business requirements and the configuration of affiliates business processes in the system
  • To be responsible for quality delivery of all training and appropriation related to SC Tools
  • To act as liaison between the UNISUP Coordination, the UNISUP MM users and SC Business Process Owner
  • To be the Champion for all SC software solutions within the SC business of the affiliate including synergies with other business entity
  • To validate the District’s position on C&P SC tools

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Second-Class University Degree in Engineering, Business or a Supply Chain discipline plus 3 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Ideally, the last 2 years should have been in a Supply Chain capacity preferably within the Total Energies or any IOC.
  • Very good knowledge of C&P SC tools including UNISUP, Planning tools, e-sourcing tools & NipeX, in addition to other Business & Computing tools
  • Demonstrable commitment to excellence, respect for deadlines, team spirit and good communication skills
  • Computer literacy is mandatory and paramount on and off the job,
  • Have very good notions in training techniques and a good dose of diplomacy.

Job Title: Site Construction Superintendent

Location: Nigeria

Main Function

  • Ensure implementation of day-to-day priority work offshore in coordination with the Campaign Works Leader and FMC Contractor site rep.

  • Ensure that activities performed on site in the project perimeter fulfil project HSE requirements.
  • Reports any incident as per Company and Project rules.
  • Implements with Contractor site representative any risk assessment of Job Safety Analysis recommendation as required by Project HSE procedures.
  • Participates in Job Hazard Analyses and Attend safety toolbox meetings on a regular basis with contractors’ work teams.
  • Assists in constructability reviews and the planning and scheduling of construction jobs.
  • Monitor the overall progress of the contractors against schedule, providing reporting on same to line management, highlighting the potential for slippage and propose remedial actions and signing contractor daily reports, personnel and equipment timesheets. – Ensure Contractors have viable schedules for their work, recognizing interfaces with other ongoing company activities.
  • Participate, with contractors’ staff and company operations staff, in all pre-commissioning activities.
  • Maintain adequate records relating to events surrounding the work, which may give rise to contractors claiming a cost increase against the contract.
  • Ensure proper liaison with the OIM to ensure daily site activities aligns with field operations priorities and objectives Contribute to project close-out reports as applicable.
  • Maintains good relationships with FOPs/MTNC team, with DW-ECP teams and with the contractor(s), being flexible enough but also strict when necessary (safety or other aspects) to achieve the objectives of the Site Modification Requests.
  • Attends daily meetings and weekly progress meetings.
  • Any other work of a similar nature may be requested by DW ECP Management.

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • Minimum Qualification: HND or B.Sc. / B.Eng. (Engineering) with 10 – 20 years experience in Offshore Construction, Site supervision, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning in an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Industry preferably on an FPSO.
  • Experience: Verifiable experience in the use of MS Office packages, Fluent in English, strong communication skills, manages interfaces effectively.
