Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Tech Sales

Job Description
- Expand current customer, reseller and OEM relationships & maintain and improve existing relationships and account objectives.
- Independently source, pursue and close new business, generate early conversations and opportunity-driving demand for enterprise organizations in Abuja.
- Identify a carefully selected strategic prospect lists and work to qualify, develop and build credibility within these organizations. Undertake this objective using consistent and methodical approach on a day-to-day basis. Demonstrate constant progress.
- Move prospects through the sales process, identifying the key stake holders while mapping value and the business case.
- Identify promising prospects through cold calling, networking and customer referrals.
- Understand Ash Nelson Partners value proposition and be able to tailor this in line with prospects requirement.
- Produce service reports to summarize service activity and performance for key stakeholders.
- Achieve the individual sales target set with Ash nelson Partners.
- Study and build a strong dynamics of OEM products and services you are assigned to.
- Ensure you pass all exams and tests as may be required.
- Work with teams to ensure products maintain innovative edge and stay relevant.
- Any other responsibility as may be required by the company.
- Create business development strategies, drive sales and marketing initiatives.
- Establish a thorough understanding of the industry and its dynamics to develop an annual sales and marketing strategy for the business, to compliment the overall business strategy, to deliver on agreed KPI’s.
- Candidates must have sales experience dealing with or working at Nigerian banks.

Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Nigeria

Probation: 6months
Key Objectives
As a Technical Project Manager, your primary responsibilities are as follows:
- Contribute to Project Planning
- Be responsible for any relationship management that is essential to the success of assigned projects.
- Manage Projects, providing support by handling some of the operational aspects of a project. This would include coordinating with stakeholders and consultants, conducting internal meetings, and streamlining the overall workflow.
- Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status Anchoring 360 project reporting
- Training and capacity building as may be required.
- Evaluate, monitor and track project progress.
- Create and maintain project documentation and repository.
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate products/solutions.
- Work with developers to deliver well-architected products/solutions.
- Test products to ensure it meet customers’ needs
- Ensure optimum work performance of members of your team
- Provide performance reports as required
- Execute other responsibilities/tasks as may be assigned to you by the HOD/Management
Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in either banking or/and Telecommunications industry.
- Broad knowledge and experience in Tech Project Management, Architecture Design and Implementation, Endpoint Security, private and public Cloud Virtual Security etc.
- Knowledge in software development, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, Lean Six Sigma etc.
- Understanding and experience in ITIL frameworks and life cycles.
Salary
N750,000 – N1,000,000 / Month.
