We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Manager (Human Resources)

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for an Assistant Manager, HR, to support our HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance reviews and training programs.
  • Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation.
  • Organize employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.

Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Has strong  awareness of industry HSE politics
  • Knows the mechanism of tractor and how to fix the breakdown.
  • Able to draft preventative documents for machinery maintenance.
  • Able to weld and conduct plumbing job is a plus.
  • Measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines.
  • Provide technical support on repairs, servicing and installation of machines.
  • Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies to ensure product safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Good communication skills
  • Identify, formulate, and produce effective solutions to emerging problems. Solicit observations from operators.
  • Integrity, teamwork, and good math

Minimum Requirements 

  • BSc / HND / BTech in Mechanical / Engineering or relevant fields.
  • Experience Level: 5 years and above.
  • Age: 30 – 45 years old.

Salary
N150,000 – N350,000 Monthly Gross (Based on experience).

Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The HSE Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring a safe working environment by developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • The role involves compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety audits, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Train and mentor employees on HSE practices, procedures, and regulations.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all HSE incidents are reported and properly documented.
  • Maintain records of safety-related incidents and actions.

  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
