We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with operational branches in Abuja and Port Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager (Operations)

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (Estate Surveying, Valuation, Architecture, Engineering, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
  • Facilitate collaboration between departments, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client specifications.
  • Monitor and control operational expenses, seeking ways to improve profitability without compromising quality.
  • Review and approve project proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports prepared by department heads.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with other firms, clients, and governmental bodies to enhance the firm’s profile and project portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • A background in real estate, engineering, or architecture could be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in an operations role, preferably in the construction, real estate, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide a diverse group of professionals.

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Prepare financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for the firm.
  • Monitor and analyze budgets for various projects handled by architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.
  • Ensure timely billing of clients for services rendered by the firm’s various departments (e.g., Estate surveying, architectural services, engineering, project management).
  • Ensure that the firm adheres to financial regulations in Nigeria and meets any reporting requirements by regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Professional Certification from relevant professional bodies such as ICAN, ACCA, ANAN.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms used in Nigeria).
  • Knowledge of Nigerian accounting standards and regulations

Job Title: Human Resource Professional

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • Conduct interviews, recruit excellent employees and maintain a smooth onboarding process.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments, bonuses and benefits enrolment (e.g., health insurance (HMOs), pension schemes etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave and performance evaluations, KPIs, employee retention/turnover rate, absenteeism etc.

  • Membership of an HR professional body will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in general contract and aviation industry.

Job Title: Internal Auditor (Financial / Asset Management)

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • Responsible for conducting risk-based audit of all the company’s departments and branch operations, using set criteria to identify non-compliance to operational policies and procedures, errors, etc. and prepare reports highlighting issues, discuss audit findings with the process owner, focusing particularly on areas of business risk, control weakness and operational efficiency enhancements.
  • Lead Internal Audit’s change initiatives by implementing action plans related to risk assessment and annual audit planning, audit execution, audit reporting, audit staff recruiting and development, audit technology, and Board reporting.
  • Ensure the quarterly conduct of independent evaluation of AML or CFT compliance programme.
  • Manage the process to track, follow-up, and close all open audit issues leveraging the Board, if necessary.
  • Oversee Internal Audit’s participation in critical business and technology initiatives and projects ensuring that the audit’s perspective is effectively voiced, and appropriate controls are designed and implemented on an initiative-taking basis.
  • Maintain audit technology platform leveraging support from the information systems group as needed.
  • Coordinate the activities of external auditors including how best to leverage the work performed and results produced from Internal Audit’s work.
  • Ensure that Internal Audit is performing its work in accordance with established professional standards and remains abreast of emerging trends and best practices that can be incorporated into the function.
  • Review of All Bank Reconciliation Statements prepared by Finance Department on Monthly basis.
  • Review of all CIS Report on monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Issue audit report on engagements held at all the company’s subsidiaries covering various aspects of their operations in-line with approved audit timetable.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of experience in internal audit, asset management or its equivalent with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • A Masters’ degree or an MBA in a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant professional qualifications from recognised professional bodies such as ICAN/ ACCA, CIA, etc.
  • Experience in the implementation of Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
  • Good knowledge of Capital Market Operations is an added advantage.

Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • Work closely with clients’ attorneys and other advisors in the drafting of trusts and other legal documents, working collaboratively to ensure that trust accounts accepted by the company are governed by documents that adhere to the company’s standards.
  • Review other documents, including partnership agreements, MOUs, SLAs and other operating agreements, with a view towards whether they are acceptable to the company.
  • Draft agreements and other documents relating to the opening, administration and closing of trust accounts.
  • Prepare Trust Summaries
  • Prepare and review Distribution Memos and Funds Transfer Forms, and work with Estate Administrators and/or Executors to ensure that the company has received and analyzed all information and documentation necessary for the company to make an informed decision regarding making transfers of assets from trust accounts.
  • Review all documents that are for the signature of company’s Authorized Signatories
  • Assist in the representation of the company regarding any pending litigation.
  • Keep records of all documentation, invoices, receipts, ledgers, bank account statements. All documents related to sale, transfer, or other dispositions of trust/estate assets.
  • Ensure integrity of transaction documentation as required by the nature of private trust transactions in line with Estates Administration Laws.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • Master’s degree in Law will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in Law practice.
  • Strong knowledge and application of Islamic estate administration laws/Islamic inheritance laws
  • Prior work experience within the trust industry would be an advantage.
  • Problem-solving skills to address complex trust-related issues and conflicts.
