- Develop and implement robust internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures to

- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry Standards.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and internal control reviews to identify potential areas of risk, fraud, or non-compliance.
Evaluate and Optimize:
- Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls, including segregation of duties,
- Audit and Recommend access controls, and authorization processes.
- Perform internal audits, reviews, and testing procedures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of financial and operational Collaborate for Change information.
- Work closely with departmental managers and process owners to address control deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and track remediation efforts, provide training, and investigate suspected issues to enhance organizational resilience.
