Director & Head, Operations – Ref – EPS/MGT/DHO
Qualified candidate must have:
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role with at least 4 years in a senior management role in a security firm or an industrial facility.
• Minimum of a first degree in any field and M.Sc./MBA Degree in Security Management or professional qualification is an added advantage. Retired commissioned military officers with service experience can also apply.
• Proven track record in business ownership activities: client management, conflict management, operational policy management
• Professional membership in the industry is required
Experience
• Experience in managing the strategic operational planning cycle for a large organization with strong cross-functional engagement and prioritization
• Proven evidence of attracting large-volume business with operational capabilities
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency
• Ability to interpret organizational capabilities and goals to high level potential clients
• Ability to manage Pan Nigeria projects and multi-task
• Excellent organizational management skills
Senior Operation Manager – Ref – EPS/MGT/SOM
Qualified candidate must have:
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role with at least 3 years in a senior management role in a security firm or an industrial facility.
• Minimum of a first degree in any field. Retired commissioned military officers with service experience can also apply.
• Proven track record in managing operational issues with minimal supervision
• Proven track record in business ownership activities: client management, conflict management, policy implementation
• Professional membership in the industry is required
Experience
• Experience in managing the strategic operational planning cycle for a large organization with strong cross-functional engagement and prioritization
• Proven evidence of attracting large-volume business
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency

Quality Assurance Manager – Ref- EPS/MGT/QAM
Qualified candidate must have:
• Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role with at least 3 years in a senior management role in a security firm or an industrial facility.
• Minimum of a first degree in any field. Retired commissioned military officers with service experience can also apply.
• Proven track record in managing operational issues with minimal supervision
• Proven track record in business ownership activities: client management, conflict management, service quality assurance, service policy enforcement, service performance audits.
• Professional membership in the industry is required.
