Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Purpose

• The Financial Analyst will provide analytical and financial analysis support for the various projects within the Group.

Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
Financial Analysis:

• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis
• Critically analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements to HOD
• Consolidate and analyze financial data, considering company’s goals and financial standing
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Conduct investment appraisals on capital projects using world class assessment tools such as NPV, IRR and ROI

Business Analysis:

• Perform market and competitive research, data mining, business intelligence and valuations
• Provide support in planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Key Performance Indicators:

• Timely provision of the financial models necessary to support business strategies
• Timely provision of the analytical and analysis reports
• Timely preparation of the investment appraisal analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
• Membership of the ACCA, ACA or any other related professional qualification is required.
• 2-3 years’ experience as financial analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in a Consulting firm in a similar role is an asset.

Job Title: Procurement Associate

Job Objectives

• Ensure effective and seamless integration of the Procurement Process with the company’s other business processes, including but not limited to the Budgeting and Expenditure Management processes

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure clear audit trail, process transparency and clarity of roles of individual parties in the Procurement process
• Protection of Food Concepts from possible risks related to the procurement of goods and services
• Define, implement and manage processes aimed at ensuring that only credible suppliers are registered to conduct business with Food Concepts and also put in place an effective framework for the performance management of the suppliers
• Define, implement and measure processes, procedures and service level agreements to support quality service delivery
• Constantly communicate and educate the internal users on processes put in place for interfacing with suppliers, procurement of goods/services and contracting
• Manage the contract award process from end to end by:
• Facilitating/supporting the execution of contracts
• Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers during the contracting process
• Reviewing contracts to ensure they capture agreed terms and conditions and that they effectively protect Food Concepts
• Resolving of contractual issues and disputes and escalating accordingly, when required
• Line management of the IT Services department (with emphasis on driving recruitment to fill approved headcount, performance management, succession planning and training and development)
• Line management of the Procurement department (with emphasis on driving recruitment to fill approved headcount, performance management, succession planning and training and development)
• Active management of the following budgets:
• The company’s overall cost of sales budget
• The Procurement Department’s annual expense budget

Job Title: Data Entry Officer

• Daily updating of bin cards, gather data and capture information timely and accurate manner from various sources into databases.
• This also include extracting information from business units and storing hard copies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Gathering suppliers’ invoices/waybill, GTN for all Pie Production Units, Central kitchen & Chicken Republic stores, respectively.
• Type in data provided directly from customers.
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
• Verify data by comparing it to source document i.e., Bin cards/Excel.
• Update existing data i.e., Bin cards/Excel.
• Identify errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
• Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
• Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
• Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
