Job Title: Gallery Manager
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are looking for a Gallery Manager that will oversee the daily operations of the gallery, ensuring smooth execution of exhibitions, events, and sales.
- The Gallery Manager will be responsible for curating the gallery’s collections, managing staff, coordinating with artists, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the gallery’s day-to-day activities, including opening, closing, and ensuring the space is clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain inventory of art pieces, ensuring proper cataloging and documentation.
- Oversee installation and de-installation of exhibitions, ensuring proper handling and care of artwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, collectors, and patrons.
- Handle inquiries, negotiate sales, and process transactions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Plan and execute gallery events such as openings, artist talks, and workshops.
- Coordinate with artists, curators, and vendors for successful event delivery.
- Promote events to attract visitors and buyers.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email newsletters, and press releases.
- Maintain the gallery’s website and online platforms with up-to-date information.
- Create promotional materials such as catalogs, flyers, and brochures.
- Recruit, train, and supervise gallery assistants, interns, and volunteers.
- Liaise with artists, curators, framers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets for exhibitions and events.
- Monitor sales and expenses, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Art History, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in gallery management, art sales, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of art trends, artists, and the art market.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
- Experience with art handling and installation is a plus.

Job Title: Gallery Assistant

Job Overview
- We seek a Gallery Assistant that will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Windsor gallery.
- Support administrative tasks, customer engagement, and exhibition setup while fostering a welcoming environment for visitors.
- This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for art, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide information about current and upcoming exhibitions, artists, and gallery events.
- Assist clients with inquiries about artwork, including prices, availability, and the purchasing process.
- Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere to enhance the visitor experience.
- Assist with the installation and deinstallation of artwork, ensuring proper handling and placement.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of exhibition spaces.
- Support curators and artists during exhibition setups and openings.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and client contacts.
- Follow up sales, clients and generate sales.
- Update and organize the gallery database with artist profiles and artwork details.
- Assist in the planning and execution of gallery events, such as openings, artist talks, and workshops.
- Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other stakeholders for event logistics.
- Help set up and break down event spaces.
Administrative Duties:
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Order and manage gallery supplies, including marketing materials.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scheduling, and calendar management
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Art History, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: 3 – 5 years prior experience in a gallery, museum, or customer service role is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of or interest in contemporary art and artists.
- Familiarity with sales processes and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, or gallery management software is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry artworks and materials (up to 25 pounds).
- Comfortable standing and moving around for extended periods.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible, including evenings and weekends as required by exhibitions and events.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.

- We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our garden bar/lounge.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, extensive knowledge of cocktail preparation, and the ability to craft unique, refreshing drinks that enhance the garden atmosphere.
- The Mixologist will also be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining bar cleanliness, and managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Develop new and innovative drink recipes that align with the garden theme and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and a welcoming experience.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.

Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender, preferably in an outdoor or garden setting.
- Certification in Bartending or Mixology is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and garnishing techniques.
- Creativity in using fresh herbs, flowers, and natural ingredients to enhance drink presentation.
