Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze social media trends to identify opportunities.
  • Set social media objectives and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Research top trending content at a particular time, and ensure our content goes out with top trending videos/sounds
  • Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms.
  • Engage in activities that consistently grow the social media platforms
  • Responding to inquiries and drawing attention of the CRM Manager and other necessary personnel to responding to inquiries;
  • Social media posting, tracking and growth initiator
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar.
  • Schedule and publish content across different platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages.
  • Respond to inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies or freelancers as needed.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in media, digital marketing, or content creation at management level is required.
  • Astrong understanding of the Nigerian market and its social media landscape.
  • Proficiency in managing various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) is essential.
  • Ability to create engaging and relevant content for different platforms, including written copy, images, and videos.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media advertising is a plus.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and interpret social media data to measure campaign performance and identify trends.
  • Knowledge of using content management systems (CMS) to manage and publish content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with stakeholders and building relationships.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.

  • Additional certifications in event management or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must possess the ability to persuade and influence others.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experienceas a website manager or in IT Management roles is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in web development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO techniques.
  • Experience in managing website content, including writing, editing, and updating.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Sales Administrative Officer

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin Officer to join our growing real estate team.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in real estate operations. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing records, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring seamless transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & CRM Administration:

  • Update and maintain sales databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Create, manage, and cancel deals in the CRM system, ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
  • Monitor and record all signed FAQ documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with the Sales Department and COO to compile and transmit sales records for HR/Admin and Accounting teams.
  • Ensure all deal-related information (deal name, expected close date, value, and contacts) is correctly recorded in the CRM system.
  • Generate and manage sales reports, contracts, and acquisition documents related to unit deals.

Property Coordination & Client Support:

  • Coordinate property viewings, appointments, and inspections, liaising with the marketing and reception teams for scheduling.
  • Ensure all property listings are accurate and up to date for sales purposes.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, sales teams, and management to ensure smooth communication and transactions.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain an efficient and well-organized filing system for contracts, sales records, and other important documents.
  • Ensure all real estate documents, contracts, and lease agreements comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor deadlines, default cases, and sales offers, ensuring timely follow-ups and record updates.

General Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR/Admin Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, and COO as needed.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor.

Who We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced Excel skills (Candidates will be tested during the interview).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
