Locations: Abuja; Lagos; Ibadan – Oyo; Aba – Abia; Onitsha – Anambra; Nsukka – Enugu; Benin, Edo, Warri, Asaba – Delta; Jos – Plateau; Kaduna; Kano; Maiduguri – Borno Port Harcourt – Rivers; Calabar – Cross River; Uyo – Akwa Ibom; Osogbo – Osun; Ilorin – Kwara; Minna – Niger Yola – Adamawa; Gombe; Bauchi; Lokoja; Abeokuta – Ogun; Akure – Ondo; Owerri – Imo; Markurdi – Benue| Yenagoa – Bayelsa and Sokoto
Your Mission
- Own and grow a high-performance sales territory
- Activate wholesale, retail, and open markets with UOAO’s core lines
- Build retail loyalty and drive visibility — from street to supermarket
- Recruit and manage local field reps where needed
- Ensure your region dominates monthly KPIs
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical field sales
- Strong retail and distributor relationships in your region
- Hustle mindset. Execution obsession.
- Local language fluency is a plus
