Job Description
- Leads and manages all offshore operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant activities on FPSO, MOPU, or IOC facilities. Oversees personnel, production, and emergency response, maintaining operational integrity at all times.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering or related field
- 12–15 years offshore experience on FPSO, MOPU, or IOC facilities
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record and high integrity.

Job Title: Costing and Estimation Engineer – Power and Electricals
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Full Time
Job Responsibilities
- Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate. Basic knowledge of VFD, PLC, HMI and automation products is a must.
- Meeting customers, Consultants and Electrical Contractors toward brand engagement and engaging with Project Engineers for clarifications on Bid documents/enquiries.
- Prepare estimates by calculating complete take-off of scope of work and enter computer estimating system, review computer printout for accuracy and completeness
- Building necessary relationships with electrical and power systems OEMs
- Generate Market intelligence and paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry and preparing strategies to counteract.
Job Requirements
- Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronics
- Between 5-10 years working level experience in Costing of Electrical products, Panels & Switchgears and Solutions.
- Thorough Knowledge of Power and Control systems in Design, Configuration and generating SLDs and Drawings.
- Skilled in the use of computers, adapts to new technology, learns new programs quickly.
- Experience in third party interfaces, Industrial Networking, Safety Concepts.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for manage
ment of Large/Medium scale EPC/E&I project in Nigeria, ensuring projects is completed on time, at margin, with complete customer satisfaction. - Managing the interest of all stakeholders (customer, OEM, suppliers, etc.) in the project.
- Ensure that the baseline project documents are produced, maintained, made available to all parties concerned and effectively used (managing the project).
- Monitor and Control the financial status of the project (BG, EAC, Billings, cost budgets, milestone payments, warranty etc.).
- Work with sales (on request) to ensure that project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables e.g. risk/opportunity, estimate, project plan, planning.
- Expertise to deliver solutions in EPC-E&I, Automation system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Discipline (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation)
- Overall Experience (10~15 Years) in an EPC-E&I Field & 3~5 years working experience as a Project manager in automation system field.
- Have Good Knowledge in EPC-E&I and Automation system-based Project Execution.
- Very Good Project Management skills, PMI certification is a Major advantage.
- Have Knowledge in preparation of Project schedule in Microsoft Project/Primavera etc.
- Have Knowledge in ERP based Project accounting System.
