Job Summary
- DevOps Engineer will bridge the gap between software development and IT operations, and to ensure that the development, testing, and deployment of software applications are done in a seamless and efficient manner.
- Also responsible for automating software delivery, managing infrastructure, monitoring performance, and ensuring the overall reliability and security of the software system.
- Their ultimate goal is to enable faster, more frequent and more reliable releases of software products, while maintaining the highest level of quality and security.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Automated deployment and configuration management systems for network devices and servers
- Infrastructure as code templates and scripts
- Continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for software applications and network services
- Monitoring and alerting systems for network and server infrastructure, as well as software applications and services
- Incident management processes and procedures
- Documentation on network and server
- Configurations, application architecture, and deployment processes
- Collaborative culture and processes between network, system, and software engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electronics Engineering, Communications or related field. (2.2/
- Upper Credit Minimum)
- At least 2 years experience within the telecoms space as a DevOps Engineer
- Strong knowledge of software development processes, methodologies, and tools, as well as IT operations and
- infrastructure management
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with networking and network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, and ELK.
- Knowledge of security and compliance best practices and tools.

Job Title: Application Developer

Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for the development and support of the OSS/BSS platform and its integration with other systems and applications.

- Demonstrated experience developing database-driven web applications using PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java, a plus
- Previous experience with Telco OSS/BSS software.
- Freeside and FreeRadius, a big advantage
- Experience with software development (user experience) using JavaScript including libraries such as JQuery, Angular, React, Vue etc. XML, CSS3.0 (with dynamic, responsive web design with mobile devices), and other related UI technologies (HTML5 etc)
- Good understanding of web application
- development using HTTP REST, software standards, software development life cycle and methodologies
- Knowledge of software development process, quality control, and impact assessment
- Demonstrated knowledge in mobile platforms, internet technologies and user interface
- Experience working in a multi-platform (LINUX, Mac-OS and Windows) environment.
- Experience working with version control systems (Subversion, Git).

Job Title: Project Supervisor (OSP)
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- The Project Supervisor will be directly responsible for and actively involved in project execution planning, monitoring and control, stakeholders engagement and risk averting, in an effective manner that ensures projects are delivered to time, quality and scope.
- The role will typically involve everyday visit to project sites to ensure project objectives are not compromised and where necessary, guide the contractor to solve complex installation problems.
- The project supervisor is also responsible for final integration & commissioning of service terminals(GPON or P2P) within acceptable loss levels and submitting test reports required for service fulfillment and maintenance operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and take ownership of projects once it is assigned to you by your teamlead.
- Complete project design pack study and review, 24 hrs after assignment. Note: Project design pack includes the BOM, HLPD and design drawing.
- Have a clear & integrated knowledge of project objectives, assumptions and risks. Ensure the contractor have this same understanding to avert scope creeps.
- Provide daily project work plan and activity reports to team lead/data analyst, every day, throughout the duration of the project.
- Provide prompt updates on issues/challenges that may impact project delivery dates.
- Sign out and move materials to project site, in a timely manner.
- Review quality of materials supplied to site by contractor (e.g. PVC, HDPE, GI pipes, iron rods, e.t.c) and ensure they meet ipNX standards. Reject sub-standard materials and escalate back to your TeamLead.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations in line with SHE standards, e.g. working at heights, working around power lines, working in greenfield environments, working around underground utilities, working at night, e.t.c.
- Submit MST or P2P splice report sheets, OTDR trace test and hand-over reports.
- Attend all project meetings – weekly review meetings, on-site kick-off meetings, divisional meetings, customer triggered meetings, emergency meetings.
Requirements
- University Degree in Telecoms, Engineering or Applied Sciences.
- Certifications in Fibre Optic Cabling, CFOT or FOA will be an added advantage.
- Over 2 years of proven track record in the supervision of fiber infrastructure projects in Estates (MDU/MTUs), High Streets (Metro) and Highways (long distance).
- Sound knowledge of fiber network architectures, designs & splice plans.
- Proficient use of fiber test tools e.g. OTDR, power meter & Light source,VFL.
- Proficient use of basic data analytics software, e.g. Excel, Word, Google live sheets.
- Proficient use of design soft wares e.g. AutoCAD, Visio/GIS tools e.t.c.
- FTTH and P2P fiber maintenance experience is a distinct advantage i.e. fiber termination using fusion splice machines, testing & analyzing fiber links with OTDR and Light Source/Power Meters (LSPM), identifying fiber cores with VFLs, understanding loss budgets.

- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of operational issues for audits and SLA related purposes.
- Ensure operational efficiency of colocation services of the Data Centre.
- Follow the good application of change and incident ticket linked to customers; Respect ITIL processes, incidents and changes to SLA.
Requirements
- At least a Higher National Diploma (HND) in either Electrical and Electronics or other related disciplinces.
- At least 3 years of previous work experience in a Data Centre Operations environment or equivalent.
- Experience troubleshooting breakdowns and repairing electrical power systems devices and components.
- Experience with Portable Appliance Test System.
- Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling and associated maintenance work.
- Experience with Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools will be an added advantage.
- Possession of relevant industry certification or trainings in Electrical Power systems installation, maintenance, and/or repairs.
- Knowledge of equipment installation, electrical and mechanical repairs, wielding and fabrication, and safety and compliance.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and Microsoft office suite.
- Adept at conducting tests to identify faults.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate must be able to lift, push and pull up to 20kg.
- Candidate must be able to tolerate temperature of below 20° C for extended periods of time.
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external third parties.

- Maintain data and information relevant to key accounts for the purpose of conducting analyses that influence account-specific decision making.
- Maintain, deliver and present forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions within the Account.
- Maintain good public relations with current and prospective customers within the Accounts.
- Ensure that profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met for the assigned key accounts.
- Co-ordinate with relevant technical and service delivery teams to ensure excellent service delivery to the customer

Qualifications and Requirements

- At least 5 years of Key Account Management experience
- 5 – 7 Years’ experience in managing strategic Accounts
- Proven experience of driving opportunities through to revenue
- Strong commercial acumen both in terms of managing pipeline and challenging/coaching teams through the sales process
- A strong knowledge of Pursuit or another relationship/ sales methodology
- Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
- Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts/sectors
- Capability to be a structured thinker with a strong analytical approach.

Job Summary
- Provide first level off-site technical support for all ipNX services: Voice, Data connectivity, Internet services, Wimax services etc.

- Prepare daily incidence summary reports.
Requirements
- B.Sc / B.Eng Computer Science Computer Engineering /Electrical-Electronics engineering (2.2/Upper Credit at minimum).
- CCNA , CCNP (Desired)
- Strong telecommunications, IP design skills, & in-depth knowledge of IP Network.
- Excellent business communication skills both verbal and written.
- A hands on experience with the following is a must: IP Routing, MPLS, QOS, VPN.
- Knowledge and experience with network security (IPSec Firewalls) is desirable.
- Experience with Wireless Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint technologies is desirable.
