We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Financial Advisor / Sales Manager / Marketing Manager

Location: Nigeria 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • He /She is responsible for providing advice, conducting intermediary services between the client and the financial service provider company, and selling life investments that pay out when the life insured is due for maturity.
  • He/She must provide good customer service by maintaining the existing client base through active communication and marketing, social media, and other programs.

Description 

  • He/She should provide advice to and recommend our financial products and services.
  • Provide good customer service to maintain and retain clients.
  • Expand the customer base, and interview prospective clients to gather data about them.
  • Analyze the client’s current portfolios and make recommendations.
  • Assist clients during the maturity claim process.

Education

  • Applicants must have a minimum of HND / BSc Degree in any chosen field.

Experience:

  • Any experience gathered from any financial institution would be an advantage.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N95,000 – N130,000 monthly (Very Attractive).
  • A Gratuity plan is also part of the benefit to enjoy with us.

  • As an Insurance Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, identifying and assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing:

  • Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify potential insurance gaps.
  • Present insurance solutions and policies to clients.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date on insurance products, services, and industry trends.
  • Understand policy terms, conditions, and exclusions.

Administrative Tasks:

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Experience:

  • Prior insurance sales experience a plus but not compulsory as you will be trained.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • 30 years and above. Waiver will be given to older applicants who may not have B.Sc certificate.

  • Office environment.

Salary
N25,000 monthly.
