Job Title: B2B Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • As the B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our business-to-business sales efforts, focusing on establishing and nurturing relationships with commercial clients.
  • You will play a pivotal role in promoting our air conditioning products and services, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients within the designated market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in commercial organizations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored air conditioning solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns targeting commercial clients.
  • Lead negotiation processes, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and transactions.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably from the home appliance industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial sales processes and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

Job Description

  • Onboarding massive dealer across business in Lontor Hi Tech;
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate distributor networks across business in Lontor Hi Tech;
  • Initiate and lead sales activities to achieve sales targets;
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
  • Oversee, develop new business and ensure profitability;
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large key customers;
  • Monitor and analyze performance dealers/customers performance and adverse accordingly;
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency;

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive

Responsibilities

  • Design employee engagement plans
  • Implement performance review procedures in respect to
  • Develop and implementing fair HR policies in line with SOP and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Monitor in-house daily HR operations
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Create and run referral reward and recognitionprograms
  • Review current business HR technology and recommend more effective software
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department in Lontor Abuja and escalating necessary issues to Head Office in Lagos
  • Regularizing.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess B.Sc / M.Sc Degrees with 3 – 5 years cognate experience as HR executive/Generalist
  • CIPM or other HR certification would be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills
  • Good communication skill.
