- As the Customer Retention Manager, you will oversee and drive the daily operations of our retention team. This includes hiring and developing retention representatives and team leads, designing sales campaigns, and implementing strategies to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
- You will act as a servant leader, coach, and contributor, ensuring that the team achieves high-quality output and consistently exceeds targets, all while fostering a customer-centric culture.
- In this role, you will manage all aspects of our telesales operations, from outbound and inbound campaigns to specialized retention projects, helping the team deliver exceptional results.

- We are seeking for a Senior Sourcing Manager to join our Supply Chain Operations team and lead global Second Life Device Sourcing.

- Sourcing Leadership:
- Lead multi-sourcing efforts for 2nd Life Phones, negotiating competitive terms and ensuring the timely supply of products that meet market demands.
- Implement inventory optimization strategies and ensure sufficient supplier coverage (at least two suppliers per device per country).
- Oversee distributor onboarding, ensuring partnerships align with M-KOPA’s objectives.
- Product Management:
- Manage new phone model transitions, verifying technical compatibility for each market.
- Coordinate with the Market and 2nd Life Project Management teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Supplier Relationship Management:
- Own supplier relationships, acting as the primary point of contact while prioritizing M-KOPA’s interests.
- Provide ongoing support for new and existing products, and coordinate with legal teams to develop supplier contracts and agreements.
- Team Development:
- Mentor and develop a team of sourcing professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
