Job Title: Senior Lead – Shared Services and Recruitment

Location: Nigeria

Job Purpose

  • As Senior Lead – Shared Services & Recruitment, you will provide high-quality HR administrative support and will be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding Shared Services and Recruitment-related inquiries. This includes supporting the onboarding of new team members.
  • This is a short-term contract for four (4) months only.

Responsibilities
What you will do:

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers raised through our ticketing system within the service level agreement.
  • Help administer HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and documenting employee changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR system and other HR-related databases.
  • Produce HR reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support in the preparation of new hire contracts, contract renewals, and employee change documents.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all HR-related information.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Nigeria.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new team members in Nigeria.
  • Update all recruitment trackers.

Requirements

  • Diploma Holder / Degree holder, preferably in Human Resource or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR-related experience.
  • Experience and a high capacity for managing multiple tasks and people simultaneously while delivering high-quality output.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.

Job Title: Application Security Engineer

  • Know all things electric mobility – from battery supply chains to battery management system AI algorithms to future price curves to electric charger types to manufacturing assembly tax benefits
