Job Title: Talent Experience Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • We are currently recruiting a Talent Experience Officer whose responsibilities focus on providing strategic and hands-on support for P &C function in respective region in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefit and training.

Responsibilities
Recruitment / Performance management:

  • Liaise with the talent resourcing team to organize and coordinate regional recruiting process (create ads, manage on-line postings, schedule
  • Organize and implement the on-boarding process for new hires (conduct orientation to the Institute, present and explain benefit offerings, and provide employees with a welcoming and inclusive experience)
  • Assist in annual budget planning and maintenance of departmental budget.
  • Facilitate scheduled performance review process, providing guidance, tools and training for managers and employees.
  • Provide HR reports as needed to central administration and scientific leadership

Human Capital:

  • Ensuring maintenance of all employee data, records and files in accordance with statutory and organizational requirements.
  • Ensuring that files and systems are up to date and accurate at all times
  • Appropriate absence monitoring including use of electronic time-keeping systems liaising with managers as required
  • Provide compensation related data to support preparation and processing of payroll as required. Ensure timely resolution of compensation related queries

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as key communicator and enforcer of key HR policy and procedure including leave of absence, time and attendance management, and the like, to ensure
  • Effective implementation of policies and procedures
  • Provision of employee relations advice and guidance including current and former employees including advising leadership on organization

Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Social Sciences, Humanities or any other related field.
  • Proven work experience in an FMCG Industry is preferable
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience

Job Title: Maintenance Planner (Beverage Industry)

Location: Nigeria

  • Suitable candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the maintenance strategy relating to production lines.
  • Drives innovation and improvement of lines.
  • Manages people and resources to ensure uncompromised safety, availability and quality while minimizing the impact on the environment.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participates in organization and scheduling of annual overhaul of production lines and facilities
  • Improves efficiencies by increasing preventative maintenance across the plant and to minimize breakdowns and reduce mean time between failures.
  • Ensures optimal spare parts and maintenance materials inventory management
  • Schedules routine maintenance activities taking into consideration production program and monitors execution (using SAP where appropriate)
  • Schedules condition-based maintenance activities taking into consideration production program and monitors execution (using SAP where appropriate)
  • Champions related EATB processes like Performance Management and Team Maintenance
  • Carries out root cause analysis on breakdowns
  • Evaluates effectiveness of corrective actions using all available data
  • Maintains effective systems to ensure SBC/PI products and package quality
  • Maintains equipment tree and its components in the Business Information Systems (SAP) or related Systems
  • Creates and ensures closure of notifications and work orders using SAP PM or related Systems
  • Ensures implementation of basic cycle maintenance, lubrication, cleaning and inspection (CIL) and in still these principles to be part of the culture of operators and technicians.
  • Ensures proper upkeep and prevent loss of the tools and equipment in the engineering department.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor of Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant hands-on FMCG operation and maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of bottling operations: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Health and Safety
  • Experience in plant manufacturing operations, project planning & implementation.

  • To lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules, ensuring alignment with business processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • The SAP Functional Lead will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, optimizing finance processes and supporting continuous improvement through SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules and related sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, etc.).
  • Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Manage SAP projects, upgrades, and rollouts within the finance function, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and external SAP consultants.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity and financial controls within the SAP environment.
  • Provide expert-level support and training to finance users, driving user adoption and system utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements through system-driven controls.
  • Support month-end/year-end closing activities by ensuring SAP processes run smoothly and reporting is accurate.
  • Continuously review and improve finance-related business processes using SAP tools (e.g., Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.).
  • Create and maintain documentation (blueprints, test scripts, training manuals) for finance systems and workflows.

Key Requirements
Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SAP FI/CO Certification (preferred).
  • ICAN/ACCA qualification is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 – 6 years of experience in SAP FI/CO implementation and support, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations, controls, and reporting in manufacturing.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP FI/CO modules and integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.
  • Experience with product costing, profitability analysis, and material ledger.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP tables, reports, and user exits.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred).

  • Serves as the first point of contact for document archiving and arch file keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the schedule of approved payments for plant/region expenses.
  • Prepare/pack payment vouchers on the ERP, mindful of the appropriate Cost Center and General Ledger (GL) before final posting by the Specialist or Finance Lead.
  • Support the OFM in preparing weekly Fund Request for the region based on the approved expense requests.
  • Keeps proper custody of hardcopies of records (payment vouchers, waybills, and invoices)
  • Participate actively in the month end stock count activities.

Requirements

  • BSc/HND
  • 2yrs+ post qualification experience in MNC Manufacturing Environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite
  • Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting.
  • Excellent Ability related to Data Analytics at both financial and operational fronts

Job Title: Microbiologist (FMCG)

Location: Enugu

Position Overview

  • He/she will ensure Raw Materials & Finished Goods are free from microbiological hazard through result of analysis which is fully documented and fully aligned to the organization’s strategy, whilst ensuring that these are understood, and complied with to enable the organization exceed its statutory, and contractual obligations in managing food safety aspects across the diverse risk landscape.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure microbiological analysis of raw material and finished goods
  • Benchmark the result of analysis to relevant national and international standards
  • Form part of food safety team in preparing a flow diagram for each product or process category covered by the Food Safety Management System and verify the accuracy of those diagrams
  • Form part of food safety team that conduct hazard analysis
  • Perform equipment swab and conduct relevant analysis of environmental air
  • Evaluate suppliers’/vendors’ food safety systems; monitor and report on supplier food safety performance on microbiological hazards
  • Review all rejections by the Food Inspector
  • Review revisions to manufacturing practices, to ensure potential food safety hazards have been adequately addressed
  • Confirming the nonconformity and determine the disposition of nonconforming materials
  • Review on corrections and corrective actions taken at management review meetings and address all microbiological needs from the meeting
  • Analyze, and publish measurement data, to determine the root cause of process and product food safety problems and recommend action to resolve those problems.

Selection Criteria

  • A Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Microbiology
  • At least 5 years working experience in CSD industry
  • Ability to lead and manage change setting standards for managing performance.
  • Ability to build and leverage relationships to improve results
  • Open-minded and willing to experiment and try new things
  • Ability to disseminate and enforce safety, health & environment policy and improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge and experience in ISO 22000;
  • Proven experience working in a Food safety role in manufacturing industry;
  • Recognized food safety qualification like lead auditor’s qualification in ISO 22000:2018.
