Job Title: Accountant / Data Entry Officer
Location: Anthony Village, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions for all business units (food, and relaxation garden).
- Input and manage data for all business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Maintain updated records of inventory, sales, and transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and provide cost-saving recommendations.
- Conduct financial audits and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Data management software).

Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description
- Maintain/troubleshoot office equipment
- Ensure clients, candidates and other visitors experience a professional, welcoming and friendly reception, both in person and on the phone
- Handling phone calls and transferring accordingly
- Answering all incoming general phone calls and providing administrative
- Setting up client meetings (prospects, consultants, current clients).
Qualifications / Competencies
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE, OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
- 1 – 2 year of previous experience in a Receptionist
- Other administrative/clerical duties as needed
- Answer a multi-line phone and route calls to appropriate people
- Greet guests in a professional manner when they arrive
- Sign for and log in all incoming UPS/Fedex/DHL packages and certified mail
- Route calls accordingly.

- Monitor and manage inventory levels and order new items
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND / Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- Minimum of one to two years of work experience as a store keeper in the hospitality industry or related industry is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory software, databases and systems.
