Description
- Managing old and new leads and strategically driving sales of franchise and distributorship investments.
- Preparing and presenting periodic franchise investment update reports.
- Building, sorting, and maintaining the investor database and providing continuous investment updates.
- Providing sound advisory support to prospective investors to guide their investment decisions.
- Acting as account officer to designated franchise brands with targeted expectations.
- Conducting site inspections and tours of franchisors’ outlets with prospective investors.
- Identification and recruitment of brokers (agents) to promote franchise sales.
- Training and onboarding recruited brokers on role expectations and delivery.
- Managing franchise investment advisory retainer ship with investment advisory fee-paying prospects.
- Custodian of detailed and updated investment prospectus of franchise & distributorship brand accounts.
- Innovatively working with the digital marketing team support analyst and franchise brokers to execute successful franchise/distributorship investment promotion activities for lead generation.
- Planning and organization of investment and networking events to promote franchise sales, fundraising, and partnerships. These events include the Franchise Matchmaking Forum, Business Exhibitions, Investor’s Forum, report launches, breakfast meetings, etc.
- Provide leadership as required and provide strategic work direction for support consultants to achieve team productivity.
- Demonstrate leadership in collaborating and cooperating with other members of our team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work.
- Achievement of set targets measured in number of franchise/distributorship investment sales and revenue size and meeting other KPIs for business development and client satisfaction.

Job Title: Head of Facilities & Logistics

Description
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the effective management of facilities and logistics operations to support organizational objectives and growth initiatives.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and safety of all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds, to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with regulations.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, inventory management, and warehouse operations, to ensure efficient supply chain processes and timely delivery of goods.
- Cost Control: Develop and monitor budgets for both facilities and logistics operations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to optimize resources and minimize expenses.
- Space Optimization: Coordinate space planning and utilization efforts to maximize the efficiency of facilities and warehouse storage, including layout design, inventory management, and workspace organization. Support the changing needs of the organization, including office layouts, furniture arrangements, and expansion projects.
- Compliance and Safety: Establish and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and occupational health and safety regulations in both facilities and logistics operations.
- Technology Integration: Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline facility and logistics management processes, such as asset tracking systems, inventory management software, and transportation management systems.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with facility maintenance contractors, logistics service providers, suppliers, and third-party vendors to ensure quality service delivery, adherence to contracts, and cost-effective solutions.
Qualification / Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or any related field is extremely essential.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in facilities management in an FMCG company or similar industry
- Willing to travel to all Slot locations Nationwide at short notice
- Must be accurate and efficient, high energy, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
- Candidate must prioritize integrity
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package
- Problem-solving, Planning, Time Management, and Organization Skills are highly required.

- Purchasing goods, materials and components in line win ith specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
- This position also plans and incorporates strategic purchasing plans company-wide.
- Ensure a continuous supply of required goods/ materials and communicate supply issues, which may pose a risk or impact on business delivery targets or customer expectations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and market suppliers.
- Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible.
- Deliver briefs, updates, and reports as and when required.
- Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.
- Access and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities.
- Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken to all supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures.
- Explore alternate sources for goods and materials.
- Prepare purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and requirements.
- Undertake research on and evaluate existing and new suppliers
- Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues
- Create and scale the purchasing team as the company and product range develop and evolve.
- Engage with stakeholders and suppliers regarding new projects, suppliers, and initiatives.
- Advise the impact of change on purchasing and production activities.
- Stay current and current on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact.
- Attend meetings and update others on issues or concerns when there is a risk that could prevent the organization from meeting customer demands or where there are over-capacity concerns
- Support product change requests, review and communicate the impact on capacity.
