Job Title: Accountant
Location: Nigeria
Description

Responsibilities
- Develop the financial strategy and align it with the Company’s strategy
- Develop trends and projections for the Company’s finances.
- Support to conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Assist in preparing the company’s budget.
- Preparation of monthly Management Report: Prepare quarterly financial reports – Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement to the Management team to enable us to know the financial performance and position of the company.
- Liaise with audit/tax consultants and finance regulatory bodies to ensure appropriate monitoring and compliance of company finances is maintained.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Monitor all payable activities and provide a monthly report to enable you to have a planned treasury function.
- Account Receivable Services: You will monitor all Outgoing Invoices and prepare an aging report for easy tracking of what is due to the company from their clients yet to complete the payment (Debtors). You will prepare Invoices to suit Smooth Promotions agreement with our clients.
- You will work in conjunction with the Human Resources Department for effective and smooth administration of staff monthly payroll. The payroll will have to include what is to be paid to LIRS and our Pension Administrator.
- Collaborate with department heads/leads to prepare the Company’s annual financial budget and ensure that all expenditures are budgeted clearly and systematically and presented to management for approval.
- Establish an investment strategy, provide advice on investment opportunities and asset allocations, and have an excellent knowledge of the financial markets.
- Ensure expenses are documented in detail, ensure controls are in place and detailed, monitoring on all expenses.
- Manage the Company’s liquidity and mitigate its operational, financial and reputational risk.
- Build strong relationships with teammates, fostering trust and promoting collaboration & handle confidential matters with discretion.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university; Degree in Accounting
- 5 years minimum experience As an Accountant
- Must possess a professional certification as an accountant
- Process-oriented, well-organized with a high level of attention to detail
- Data-oriented with strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent team management skills
- Dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Title: TV Producer
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- You are to co-ordinate and supervise all aspects of the production of any assigned program, from the creative to the administrative
- Plan the shooting and production schedule related to the assigned program
- Ensure that all production projections/activities meet the required standard and expected time frame.
- Conduct meetings at regular intervals with all production crew and other stakeholders related to the progress of the production
- Oversee the production of assigned programs and take full responsibility for their final production rating
- Determine the quality, content, guests, and members of the production crew, as well as the synoptic and direction of assigned programs
- Conceive newer ideas that can help in improving the quality, content, viewership capacity, and overall production and commercial rating of each program under you.
- Develop strategies and execute project proposal
- Work with the team of change agent
- Producers shall be part of our project execution team
- To develop a media plan, and direction, produce content, and execute a digital strategy
- Always apply professional knowledge, technical ability, and discretion in avoiding hitches of any form or manner that is capable of undermining the standard, integrity, and overall image of broadcast authority
- Be available at all times when needed to team up with other members of staff to ensure the conception development, execution, and/or success of any programs, events, or occasions of the station
- Embark on content comparison and benchmarking of some of our programs to those of our major competitors, from time to time and submit reports, as at when due.
- Offer suggestions and report on the day-to-day running, recording, and scheduling of programs assigned to you.
- Make your professional input in all areas of your production chain, which includes, but is not limited to scriptwriting, most preferred to cast, set design, crew, director, etc.
- Be able to suggest and explore all identifiable revenue-boosting, opportunities available in the content of programs assigned to you for sustaining the station’s operation
- Any other duties, roles, and/or responsibilities assigned to you by a superior officer
Requirements
- Proven experience as a producer
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Candidate shouldn’t be above 25 years
Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.

- Participate in training and development to improve presentation skills
