Job Title: Project Assistant (Document Control)

Employment Type: Fixed term position of 1 year
Purpose
- Gathers, verifies, consolidates and keeps updated all project documents, operational and administrative information as part of the projects management strategy.
Your profile should look like this
- Degreed in: Engineering or Physical Sciences with a second class upper division.
- Language: English – advanced
- Specific knowledge: Excel, Microsoft Office, certification in Document control and PMP will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Not more than 5 years post-graduation experience with experience in Document Control.
What will you do in your day-to-day job:
- Compiles information relevant to the management of the project.
- Issues reports regarding production such as: deviation of interruptions, rejections, relevant events and incidents/accidents.
- Tracks coating raw materials availability and consumption.
- Participates in the project execution process by performing auxiliary tasks as instructed by the Project Manager.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse of the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Job Title: BMG Mechanic / Hydraulic L4

Purpose
- Performs mechanic and hydraulic advanced maintenance inspections, diagnosis, and corrective actions, performing systematic analysis of problems and improvement opportunities, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures and best practices, complying with defined quality standards.
What will you do in your day-to-day job
- Inspects, diagnoses, and performs advanced mechanic and hydraulic repairs, replacements and upgrades.
- Follows up repairs ensuring the performed work effectiveness.
- Disassembles and assembles complex mechanical components.

- Performs reviews of emergency groups’ repairs and failure analysis.

- Plans subassemblies policies.

- Operates welding equipment.
- Executes machine lock outs and tag outs.
- Verifies the correct functioning of tools, instruments and accessories checking they fulfill with specifications.
- Develops and tests preventive maintenance plans.
- Plans corrective actions for scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns, based on the inspections performed or the problems diagnosed.
- Plans and carries out predictive maintenance techniques under supervision.
- Guarantees the availability of resources, ensuring a suitable minimum stock and the definition of the required information on the maintenance systems.
- Interact with other areas.
- Carries out forklift or radio control overhead crane operation when applicable.
- Updates information in the maintenance systems and performs maintenance reports.
