Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Abia

Job Purpose

• The Production Manager will oversee and manage the production operations within the company.
• This includes ensuring efficient production processes, leading the Production team and coordinating with other departments to meet production goals, and maintaining quality control and safety standards.

Key Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production strategies and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
• Lead and supervise Production team, providing coaching and necessary support to ensure optimal performance of the production/packaging lines.
• Develop and implement weekly, monthly and quarterly production schedules in conjunction with the Planning team to satisfy sales demand and ensure timely delivery.

Job Title: Water Treatment & ETP Supervisor

Job Purpose

• The Water Treatment & ETP Supervisor will ensure that the process for water and wastewater from the treatment Plants complies to all quality, food safety and environment standards and requirements.
• The incumbent will operate and ensure that the equipment is maintained as per work instructions.

• Monitor the stock of raw water and provide update to Management.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for treatment plant failures or environmental incidents.

Job Title: Utilities Engineer

Job Purpose

• The Utilities & Site Services Engineer will manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of all equipment at the utility and power generation section in line with the approved ULs policies & procedures to ensure the availability of quality service to production & other areas of the plant.
