Job Title: Customer Experience Analyst
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
The Opportunity
- We are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to support Venco’s customer experience function by analysing customer interactions, feedback, complaints, service performance, and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- This is a hands-on analytical role for someone who enjoys working with customer data, identifying problems, and turning insights into practical improvements. An understanding of PropTech, real estate management, SaaS, or related industries will be an advantage.
- The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate CX data, monitoring key customer experience metrics, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights that support better decision-making, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse customer feedback, complaints, interactions, and service data
- Monitor CX metrics such as CSAT, NPS, response time, and resolution time
- Identify friction points across customer journeys
- Track recurring issues and recommend improvements
- Build reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Work closely with Customer Experience, Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and other teams
- Use AI and digital tools to improve research, analysis, reporting, and productivity
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years’ experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Business/Data Analysis, Customer Support, Operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with CRM or customer support systems
- Experience in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, Real Estate, Utilities, or a related industry is an advantage

- This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands PropTech, real estate, smart metering, utilities, IoT or B2B technology sales and knows how to turn market opportunities into measurable commercial results
What you’ll own
- Sales and growth strategy across target markets
- Revenue and customer acquisition targets
- End-to-end B2B sales, from prospecting to closing
- Strategic relationships with property developers, estate and facility managers
- Smart metering, IoT, utility and community-management solution sales
- Pipeline, conversion, forecasting and sales performance
- Partnerships, market expansion and customer growth
- Upselling and expansion across existing communities
- Building scalable sales processes and playbooks
- Using AI and digital tools to improve prospecting, research, analysis and sales productivity.
What we’re looking for
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in PropTech, Real Estate, Smart Metering, Utilities, IoT, Energy or a closely related field, with a proven record of delivering sales or revenue targets.
- You should be commercially minded, data-driven, an excellent negotiator and relationship builder, comfortable engaging senior decision-makers, and AI-fluent.
- You’ll help shape the commercial engine taking us from approximately 600 communities to thousands across Africa.
- Occasional travel may be required
Salary
N600,000 – N650,000 monthly.

Job Title: Metering Specialist / IoT

Job Summary
- We’re looking for a Metering Specialist/IoT to join our Systems Engineering team and be the hands-on technical expert behind successful smart metering and IoT deployments.
What you’ll do
- Conduct site assessments and support installation planning
- Prepare Bills of Materials and recommend cost-effective technical solutions
- Support and quality-check meter and IoT installations
- Troubleshoot metering, connectivity, hardware, and data issues
- Work closely with customers, vendors, Customer Success, and Commercial teams
- Help improve field processes and tools as we scale
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years’ experience in electrical/electronics engineering
- Experience with metering, renewables, IoT, or related technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and field operations skills
- Good understanding of electrical safety and intelligent metering systems
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working primarily in the field and travelling when required
- AI fluency is a plus — familiarity with using AI tools to improve technical troubleshooting, documentation, analysis, or field operations.
Renumerations
- Salary: N250,000 – N450,000 monthly
- This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of hardware, IoT, software, AI, and utility management, with room to grow into broader Systems Engineering responsibilities.
