Job Title: Store Assistant / Customer Service Representative
Location: Maryland, Lagos

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
- We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Store Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations while attending to customers and online enquiries.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing products, attending to customers, responding to online enquiries, processing orders, and supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Respond promptly to online enquiries, messages, and customer requests.
- Provide accurate information about products and assist customers with their orders.
- Follow up with customers and potential customers to support sales.
- Receive, arrange, and organize products properly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Record stock movement using Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
- Assist with processing and packaging customer orders.
- Ensure products are properly stored and organized.
- Keep the store clean, neat, and well-arranged.
- Report damaged, missing, or expired products to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, orders, and stock.
- Assist with other store, sales, and customer service duties as assigned.
Requirements
- HND or BSc in any relevant field.
- Must be computer literate.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
- Ability to use inventory software and maintain accurate stock records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a good understanding of sales and customer service.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, hardworking, and responsible.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, storekeeping, or inventory management is an advantage.
