Job Title: Content, Community & Growth Manager
Location:Â Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Summary
- The Content, Community & Growth Manager is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and conversion into TalentSphere Academy courses and the mentorship program.
- This role combines AI-powered content creation, community engagement, and growth marketing. You will be the bridge between our content, learning community, and paid mentorship cohorts
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Distribution:
- Create short-form educational videos using AI tools, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Produce content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs focused on talent growth and remote jobs
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule
Community Management:
- Actively engage members on WhatsApp and Telegram communities
- Answer questions, spark conversations, and share value-driven content
- Promote free trainings, Selar courses, and mentorship opportunities
- Moderate groups and ensure a positive learning environment.
Growth & Conversion:
- Drive sign-ups into the LMScourses
- Warm and convert qualified talents into thementorship program
- Track interested leads and follow up consistently
- Support monthly cohort enrollment targets.
Task & Performance Management:
- Work with daily and weekly tasks using Trello
- Track content performance, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Submit weekly growth and activity reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management
- Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video growth
- Ability to use Canva, CapCut, AI video tools
- Experience managing WhatsApp and Telegram communities
- Basic understanding of online sales funnels and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in edtech, coaching, or online communities
- Knowledge of remote job platforms and global hiring trends
- Copywriting or basic marketing background

- This is an office and field-based, cross-functionalrole – conducting feasibility studies, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring projects meet safety codes and client needs, and performing maintenance and testing.This work spans various industries, from single private building, corporate buildings to estate development ensuring the safe and efficient use of electricity.
- We need candidates who are self-driven, organised, act with honestyandintegrity, good communication skills/ a telephone manner and a team player.
- Working with executives to implement new business opportunities. Also to work hand-in hand with other engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Testing; Analysis: Conduct tests, analyze results, and evaluate systems to ensure performance, safety, and reliability.
- Project Management:Oversee projects, including developing specifications, managing budgets, estimating costs, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Compliance & Safety:Ensure that all designs and installations comply with industry standards,
- safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Collaboration: Work with other engineers, technicians, Electricians, and cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems and resolve technical issues.
- Maintenance & Support:Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair programs for electrical systems and equipment.
- Design; Development:Create technical designs and schematics for electrical systems, components, and equipment usingComputer-Aided Design(CAD) and other engineering software, Microsoft word,Excel and Outlook will be an added advantage.
- The job may require working on multiple projects with multiple deadlines at multiple locations.
- Company assets must be protected at times and not used for private or personal purposes
- The job requires great flexibility plus quick and critical reasoning is important and necessary.
- The job requires strict adherence to company policies and delivery of duties.
- Provided training to other staff when required.
Requirements
- You must be a degree (or HND with 1-3 experience) holder in any one of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering,
- People skills: Must have excellent communication skills, be goal focused and well
- organised; act with honesty and integrity.
- Confidentiality is of paramount and it’s demanded at all times. All staff must demonstrate
- ability to this.
- A self-starter.
- Smartphone is compulsory, so is smart dressing.
- Driving License is necessary.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
