Job Description

  • The Field Executive will be responsible for executing field operations, engaging customers, collecting data, and supporting business activities within assigned locations.
  • The role involves regular field visits and timely reporting of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned field activities and customer engagements
  • Collect, verify, and submit accurate field reports
  • Support sales, outreach, or operational initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and targets
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the City Head.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: OND
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant field experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet field targets.

Salary & Benefits

  • N100,000 monthly salary plus commission
  • Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
  • Pension
  • 13th-month salary.

  • Sales experience in an FMCG is a must.
  • Strong leadership, sales strategy, and people management skills.

Job Description

  • The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for driving company vans to assigned routes, selling products directly to customers, managing in-route sales activities, and ensuring accurate reporting of sales and collections.
  • The role involves regular field movement and achieving daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive company van to assigned routes and customer locations
  • Sell and distribute products directly to customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collect payments and submit accurate sales records
  • Ensure proper handling and basic maintenance of the assigned van
  • Provide daily/weekly sales and activity reports to the City Head.
