Job Objective

• Support asset data build and remediation activities, provide assurance on data quality by ensuring completeness of asset register and eliminating asset data inconsistencies.
• Analyse Maintenance Management System transactional data and derive useful insights for the improvement of maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement global and business specific definition of data standards, rules, hierarchy, and metrics.
• Extract and analyse transactional data from the maintenance management system and derive valuable insights
• Read and interpret plant drawings across disciplines, highlight anomalies and recommend updates where required.
• Retrieve missing master data from legacy CMMS, project documents and web.
• Development of master data – functional location, BoM, equipment and structuring same following recommended standards
• Cleansing of asset register, fixing inconsistencies, non-conformities, duplicates, and classification issues.
• Support data integration efforts and system integration testing
• Participate in business process workshops as required.
• Ensure quality criteria for project documentation/ drawings are met and latest revisions of documentation are properly labelled and saved into the document management system.

Qualifications

• Can identify on site, tags as seen on project drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• A bachelor’s degree or HND in Physics or Engineering is required.
• Not more than 4 years upon graduation and must have completed NYSC.
• Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in the processing or manufacturing industry.

Job Objective

• Support the maintenance team in meeting asset integrity and production objectives through expertise in maintenance, maintenance systems, and engineering.
• Provide operational support for team activities including planning, organizing, assurance and general reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn functional aspects of plant maintenance systems in sufficient detail to facilitate implementation and support the system after go-live.
• Recommend required quality and structure of data based on available data sources, business rules, metrics, and global standards.
• Design, read and interpret plant drawings and project documentation across disciplines.
• Prepare assurance checklist and procedures for handling of Maintenance Management System issues, in addition to providing assurance on system data.
• Prepare conventional and computer-assisted (CAD) engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Investigate failures or unexpected maintenance problems, produce valuable insights from system transaction and condition data towards the improvement of the asset reliability and maintenance strategies.
• Implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs to anticipate potential issues and prevent unplanned equipment failures and downtime.
• Coordinate data remediation, integration, and migration activities from legacy systems to new implementations in addition to data build for new implementations
• Supervise and inspect the installation, testing, modification, and commissioning of technical assets.
• Develop maintenance standards, strategies, schedules, programs and provide guidance to industrial maintenance crews.
• Develop new strategies and processes for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in plant operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and interpreting process plant drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft office suite.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required and must have completed NYSC.
• A minimum of 4 years post-graduation work experience, of which at least 2 years should have been spent in a core engineering/ technology role in the Oil and Energy Industry or any processing industry.
• Must have worked in an engineering or technology role within the last 3 years.

• The compensation package range is 4,200,000 to 5,400,000 million Naira per annum depending on proven experience.
