Job Summary
- We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store Officer to manage and oversee inventory related to electrical engineering spares.
- The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, hands-on experience with inventory software, and be proficient in using Excel Pivot Tables for data management and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of electrical engineering spares and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and stock adjustments.
- Create and update inventory records using spreadsheets and inventory management systems.
- Prepare regular stock reports using Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Eng in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2+ years proven experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or similar roles, preferably handling electrical spares.
- Strong knowledge of electrical parts and materials.

- 12–18 years of experience in industrial/plant security with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-location operations.
